I have done nothing wrong. BJP Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar himself gave me a clean chit twice in this matter? The political propagation and misuse of ED seems to be used. “

Inquiries are being made in these cases

The case in which ED Robert Vadra is being questioned has been associated with the year 2018. This case was registered on the complaint of Surendra Sharma, who lives in the Asopu area as Gurugram. He filed a case at Kherki Daula police station on 1 September 2018.

According to the complaint, Robert Vadra’s company Skylight Hospitality committed fraud with some more people. Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda has also been accused in this case. In this case, a case is registered under sections 420 (fraud), 120 (conspiracy), 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. Later, Section 423 was also added to it.

The complainant has alleged that in February 2008, Vadra’s company bought 3.5 acres of land from Omkareshwar Properties in Shikohpur, Gurugram for Rs 7.5 crore. When the company got the license for the commercial project on this land, they sold the same land to the DLF company for Rs 58 crore. The ED is investigating money transactions and irregularities in this deal.

Mehul choksi arrest: Mehul Choksi, who cheated Rs 13,500 crore from Punjab National Bank (PNB), has been arrested. He had run away from India, but is now caught in Belgium. According to the information, Belgium Police arrested him on the appeal of CBI and ED.

Mehul Choksi is a diamond businessman and owns a company named ‘Gitanjali Group’. From 2011, he started cheating PNB in ​​the name of loan, but this scam was revealed in 2018. After this, he left the country and ran away. After absconding from the country, he continued to avoid hold for many years, but now he himself reached a country from where it is considered easy to bring India. It is being told that he has been arrested from a hospital in Belgium and now he may soon get into custody of Indian agencies.

Because of this, Choksi continued to avoid coming to India taking advantage of the law.

The reason is that there is an extradition treaty between India and Belgium since 1901. This agreement has been going on since the British era and this gives India full legal rights to make a formal demand to bring Choksi back from Belgium.
