Today (Wednesday) heavy rain alert has been issued in seven districts of the state by Patna Meteorological Center. These seven districts include Kishanganj, Araria, Katihar, Purnia, Bhagalpur, Madhepura and Supaul. Along with lightning shining in these districts, there has also been a warning of thunderstorms. On the other hand, if there is heavy rains, the Dussehra fair may fade in these districts.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in the majority districts of North Bihar with clouds. Its effect starts late at night. The department was issued a yellow alert on rainfall, Saharsa, Madhepura and Purnia between 1:56 am to 4:56 am. On the other hand, in many districts of eastern and central areas of South Bihar, rain and cloud roaring can cause winds at a speed of 30 to 40 km in some places.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The process of rain will continue till October 6</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to the Meteorological Department, the process of rain in the state will continue till October 6. During this time, there is a possibility of rain in all the districts of Bihar. Its effect will be more in North Bihar. If there is rain, there will also be a drop in temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, three to four degrees of mercury may fall in the state since tomorrow (02 October 2025). </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Tuesday, there was some decrease in the temperature of the state. The capital Patna fell by eight degrees to a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature was 38 degrees Celsius in Motihari. At number two was Farbisganj where the maximum temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius. The average temperature of the state was close to 35 degrees. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">There was no rain in any district during the day on Tuesday. There was very light rain in some places in the morning. According to the report released on Tuesday afternoon, Muzaffarpur received 7.6 mm, East Champaran 3.8 and Sitamarhi 2.8 mm.</span></p>

<p><strong>Imd weather forecast:</strong> The weather patterns in North India are changing rapidly. Western Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, including Delhi NACR, are having severe heat, but it can get relief in a couple of days. According to the Meteorological Department, the plains troubled by the heatwave can get relief from the heat after April 30.</p>
<p><strong>There will be a big change in weather from April 30</strong></p>
<p>On May 2, the new Western disturbance is going to come, due to which the temperature of North India will not increase much for more than a week. The large part of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana is not going to get relief till today (29 April). According to the Meteorological Department, a big change will start appearing from April 30. </p>
<p>According to the Meteorological Department, India is going to change the weather of the entire country except southern Rajasthan, Gujarat, southern-western Madhya Pradesh and northern Maharashtra. There will also be a possibility of rain and cloudy on Wednesday (April 30). In Rajasthan too, moist air will start coming.</p>
<p><strong>Rain red alert issued</strong></p>
<p>Meteorologists believe that due to the hot winds coming from the west and the moist winds coming from the Bay of Bengal in the east, there is a situation of Kaal Baisakhi in the northeast and eastern part. Due to this, there is a situation of rain in Bihar, Jharkhand Bengal. IMD has issued a red alert of rain for this areas.</p>
<p>Due to the arrival of the new Western disturbance, light rain on the mountains is also going to start. Around May 2, rain is expected in Delhi, Punjab and Haryana with dust storm. </p>
<p><strong>Rain can also occur in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand</strong> </p>
<p>From Jammu and Kashmir to Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, there will also be a situation of rain, which can continue on May 4 as well. Rainfall is visible in the north-eastern part of Uttar Pradesh. It is likely to expand from Wednesday. At the same time, in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, the scorching heat can also be relieved.</p>
