What is the rule for IPL Qualifier-2?

The match in IPL Qualifier-2 can also be started by 2 hours delay. There is no reserve day available for this match, but extra 120 minutes have been kept for this match. The Mumbai-Punjab match was to start at 7:30 pm. According to this, if the match starts by 9:30 pm, no over will be cut, that is, the fans will get to see the entire match. On the other hand, if the match starts after 9:30 pm, then over this time will start cutting over.
