<p>In such a situation, light, sattvic and energy -rich drinks help you to maintain energetic throughout the day. People observing fast during Navratri can prepare these drinks in minutes and drink it at any time in the morning or evening. <p><strong>Banana-Badam Shake </strong></p>
<p>To maintain energy during the fast, Banana-Badam Shake is considered a best option. It is made by adding chopped bananas, milk, roasted almonds and some honey. This shake is not only creamy and tasty but also gives immediate energy. Drinking it in the morning or afternoon makes it feel light and fresh throughout the day.
