The court said that the next hearing of this case will be on January 20. As per the order of the court, further action will be taken only after receiving the verification report of signatures. In which the signatures on the Vakalatnama and other documents presented by actor Salman Khan are not his actual signatures but are doubtful. An objection was lodged by the complainant in this regard. Today, while hearing the case, the Consumer Court ordered that the signatures of actor Salman Khan be forensically examined. At the same time, the court also made it clear that Salman Khan himself will have to appear before the court and give samples of his signatures so that they can be compared with the documents presented.

This case is being reported on July 21, when sweets shopkeeper Girraj Prasad lodged a police complaint.

Girraj Prasad told the police that misleading allegations have been made on his shop and Muslim employees on Facebook, which were not only false but also part of the conspiracy to spread communal tension in the area.

What is the whole matter?

Complainant Girraj Prasad said that his shop ‘Lala Chandriram Sweets’ has been operating in the grain market in Nuh for the last 75 years. Bina has been shopping for a dispute. 10 to 12 Muslim employees work in the shop and milk supply has also been from the Muslim community.

Prasad alleges that the dispute started on the matter of not taking UPI payment by a customer and after that a rumor was deliberately spread on social media. He described it as a conspiracy hatched under business competition and said that its aim is to create a rift among the communities.

Police action and investigation

Deputy SP (Headquarters) Harinder Kumar has issued a statement in this regard. According to the news agency PTI, he informed that Girraj Prasad (sweets shopkeeper) has also submitted links to the accused’s Facebook profiles to the police. Based on this, a case has been registered against a total of 10 people including Asif Hussain, Rafiq Ahmed.

Police said that all aspects are being investigated and the culprits will be arrested soon. He also clarified that strict action will be taken against those who try to spoil communal peace.
