Modern Diagnostic IPO is a book-built issue, the total issue size of which has been kept at ₹36.89 crore. This IPO is a completely fresh issue, in which about 0.41 crore new shares will be offered. The entire amount raised from this issue will be used for the growth plans and operational needs of the company. Bidding of Modern Diagnostic IPO will open on 31 December 2025 and will close on 2 January 2026. The allotment of IPO is likely to be finalized on 5 January 2026. This IPO will be listed on the BSE SME platform, whose tentative listing date has been fixed as 7 January 2026. The price band of the IPO is ₹85–₹90 per share. Lot size is 1,600 shares. The minimum investment for retail investors will be around ₹2.88 lakh.

How much share is kept for whom?

There will be 1,600 shares in one lot in the IPO. Retail investors will have to bid for at least two lots i.e. 3200 shares. For this, an investment of Rs 2.88 lakh will have to be made as per the upper price band of the IPO. At the same time, for HNI investors, they will have to apply for a minimum of 3 lots i.e. 4800 shares, for which an investment of Rs 4,32,000 is necessary.

Beeline Capital Advisors is the book running lead manager for the IPO, while MUFG Intime India has been appointed the registrar to the issue and Spread X Securities is the market maker for the company. The listing will take place on BSE SME on January 7, 2026.
