After India became the champion, BCCI had announced the prize money for the team. States had also announced cash amounts for their respective players. Cricket Association of Bengal had honored Richa Ghosh with Rs 34 lakh.

Richa Ghosh, who became DSP, will have the responsibility of leading police teams, handling law and order, crime control and overseeing various administrative works etc. Richa Ghosh’s salary will be around Rs 56,100 per month, although this is basic pay.
