Pahalgam terror attack: There is an atmosphere of anger in the country after the terrorist attack on April 22, 2025 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. India has started action against the neighboring country regarding terrorism. The statement of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has also come out on the matter. He said that it is our religion to teach a lesson to those who persecute.

He said, “Ravana was slaughtered for his welfare. God killed him. This is not violence, non -violence. Ahimsa is our religion but teaching religion to those who commit religion is non -violence. We never harm our neighbors. Even after this, if someone adopts a wrong path then it is the duty of the king to protect the praja. The king will do his work.”

‘There is a fight between religion and unrighteousness’

The RSS chief said, “This attack reminds that this fight is between religion and unrighteousness. People were asked their religion and they were murdered. Hindus will never do so. It is not our nature. It is our nature and enmity is not in our culture but there is no harm in our culture.

He further said, “Ravana was also killed because he refused to change his mind. There was no option left. Rama killed him but he was also given a chance to improve, when he did not improve, he was killed only after that.”

‘If powerful, then it should also be shown if needed’

Mohan Bhagwat said, “We expect a strong response. A true non -violent person should also be strong. If there is no strength then there is no option but when there is strength, he should be seen when needed.”
