Experts believe that when we do yoga on an empty stomach, it affects both the body and the mind deeply. <p style="text-align: justify;">Experts say that yoga should not be done immediately after eating food, but except Vajrasana. It is beneficial for digestion for 5 to 10 minutes after meals. The difference of at least 3 to 3 and a half hours is necessary for the rest of the yogasanas. For example, if you have eaten food at 2 pm, it would be right to do yoga at 5 or 5:30 pm. This will not affect digestion nor will the benefits of yoga decrease.</p>
