Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has given a strong reaction to the American attacks on Sunday (July 12). He has said that the unilateral memorandum agreement between the two parties has ended. Ghalibaf pointed to the points made in the memorandum of understanding emphasizing the reopening of Hormuz.

It said that after the signing of the MoU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will do its best to ensure that commercial ships can pass safely from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman and vice versa. No fee will be charged for this for 60 days. Ghalibaf has said that America has withdrawn from this agreement. The era of unilateral agreements is over. We told him to stick to his word and pay the price. Now the reality is coming out.

Third round of attacks against Iran will be completed: CENTOM

Ghalibaf’s statement has come at a time when Centum, the US Central Command, has said that the third round of attacks against Iran will be completed this week. The Iranian army has been held responsible for the attack on another commercial ship in Hormuz.

The US military has targeted 140 military bases of Iran using precision weapons from land, sea-flying fighter planes, drones and naval ships. These targets included Iran’s missile, drone sites, naval capabilities, ammunition storage centers, communication networks and coastal surveillance centers. On the instructions of Centum, more than 300 targets have been targeted, so that Iran’s capability can be reduced.

When will Iran open the Strait of Hormuz? IRGC put this condition before Donald Trump, said- ‘Until America…’

Qatar blames Iran for Iran attacks
Iran’s IRGC has said that it has destroyed a military command and control center and drone hangar in Jordan. According to Al Jazeera, Qatar has strongly condemned these attacks. Also, a demand has been made from Iran to stop military action. The Foreign Ministry has held Tehran responsible for this.

Also said that Qatar has full right to reply. The State of Qatar strongly condemns the attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran on its territory as well as the territories of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. These attacks are considered a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the targeted countries.

What has Iran said about opening Hormuz?

Here, regarding the opening of Hormuz, Iran has clearly stated that this waterway will remain closed until America stops its interference in the West Asia region.

PM Tariq Rehman surrounded in Bangladesh, Jamaat Chief said – BNP broke the promise, made this big demand

Iran US conflict: Tension in West Asia has once again reached a dangerous point. Iran has announced closure of the Strait of Hormuz until further notice. Immediately after this, America started the third military attack on Iran this week. America alleges that Iran attacked a Cypriot-flagged commercial container ship passing through Hormuz, in response to which this action was taken.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) said that a ship was not following the scheduled sea route and did not change its course despite several warnings. After this, the ship was stopped by firing as a warning. Along with this, Iran announced that no ship will be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz until the American intervention ends. Iran also warned that any retaliatory action would be given a strong response.

Iran mentioned the MoU

Air strike on many locations

According to the US Central Command (CENTCOM), a civilian crew member of the container ship went missing in the Iranian attack and the ship suffered heavy damage due to a fire in the engine room. After this, on the instructions of President Donald Trump, the US Army carried out air strikes on many targets in Iran. US Defense Minister Pete Hegseth said, Iran took a wrong decision, now it will have to pay the price.

After the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Iran and America, it has been announced to end the war on all fronts including Lebanon immediately and forever. After this, both the countries will not take any hostile action against each other nor will they take any provocative action against each other.

Iran and America will respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and will not interfere in each other’s internal affairs. According to the agreement, Iran and America are committed to talks and reaching a final agreement within a maximum of 60 days. However, this time limit can be extended with mutual consent.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kD-GE90mI0

As soon as this MoU is signed, America will lift the naval blockade and stop any kind of interference or obstruction against Iran. Also, the movement will be restored to its full capacity within a maximum of 30 days. The movement of ships will be in proportion to the volume of pre-war movement from Iran. America will withdraw its troops from the surrounding areas within 30 days of the final agreement.

Movement of merchant ships restored within 30 days
According to the agreement, Iran will immediately take such steps so that the movement of merchant ships from the Persian Gulf to the Oman Sea and from the Oman Sea to the Persian Gulf can be restored to pre-war levels within 30 days. For this, Iran will take care of the need to remove technical obstacles and deactivate landmines.

$300 billion fund
Apart from this, America, together with its regional allies, has talked about preparing a comprehensive plan for the rehabilitation and economic development of Iran, on which both sides can agree. America will ensure funding of at least $300 billion. The modalities for implementing the scheme will be worked out within 60 days as part of the final agreement.

According to the schedule to be decided under the final agreement, America is committed to ending all types of sanctions on Iran. These include resolutions by the UN Security Council and the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and all US unilateral sanctions (both primary and secondary).

Iran will never make nuclear weapons
Iran has reiterated that it will never make nuclear weapons. Iran and the United States have agreed that enriched material and all other mutually agreed nuclear issues (including Iran’s nuclear needs) will be appropriately addressed in the final agreement.

Iran and America have agreed that they will maintain the status quo until a final agreement is reached. Iran will maintain the status quo on its nuclear program, and the US will not impose new sanctions on Iran or strengthen its military in the region. The US Treasury Department will give exemption for the export of Iranian crude oil, petrochemical products and their products as well as all services like banking, insurance and transportation.

America will release Iran’s freeze funds
Considering the progress of negotiations towards a final agreement, America will release Iran’s frozen funds. These funds, whether held in the master account or transferred, will be used to make payments to any final beneficiary determined by the Central Bank of Iran. America has promised to issue all necessary permits and licenses on this basis.

Iran and the US agreed that an implementation mechanism would be established for the successful implementation of the final agreement. Only after the signing of this MoU and the beginning of implementation of its Articles 4, 5, 10 and 11, the US and Iran will begin negotiations for a final agreement regarding the remaining articles. The final agreement will be approved through the UN Security Council.

After months of long conflict, now a deal has finally been reached between America and Iran. Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian have formally signed the MoU. According to American and Iranian officials, the Presidents of both the countries signed this MOU on Wednesday (June 17). After this, this agreement has come into effect with immediate effect.

According to a US official, President Trump has also officially signed the hard copy of the US-Iran Agreement during a dinner with Macron at the Palace of Versailles in France. He said that a copy of the signed agreement has also been sent to Iran and the countries conducting mediation.

US Vice President JD Vance and Iran’s chief negotiator Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf signed the MoU electronically on Sunday. American officials say that after the signing of the MOU, the conflict that has been going on between the two countries for almost 4 months has ended.

The schedule of meeting in Geneva is still decided

Despite the deal being signed, US-Iran officials are scheduled to meet in Geneva on Friday. Iranian officials said the purpose of Friday’s meeting in Switzerland is not to sign a deal. However, the final decision on whether this meeting will actually take place or not is expected to be taken in the next few hours.

What did Ismail Baghai say?

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghai said that Tehran should be allowed to sell its oil without any transportation or insurance restrictions. He should have full access to the income generated from it. He also said that America has expressed its commitment to remove the obstacles in Iran’s access to its frozen assets.

After this deal, Iran says that for the next 60 days, both the countries will have to exercise restraint and avoid any political, economic or military steps that would have a negative impact on the implementation of the agreement.
