In Patna, Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahni has launched a scathing attack on Bihar politics and the NDA government. He alleged that the formation of NDA government in Bihar was not already decided because the people of the state had made up their mind that change was needed now.

Mukesh Sahni said that at the time of elections it was clear that NDA government was not going to be formed in Bihar. The public mood was to change the government. At the last moment, an attempt was made to influence the votes by using money on a large scale. According to Mukesh Sahni, about Rs 20 thousand crores of public money was spent in the elections so that power could be saved.

Government asking for return of Rs 10,000 from voters

Making serious allegations, VIP chief Mukesh Sahni said that at that time votes were taken from people in exchange for money and now the same government is demanding money back from poor mothers and sisters. He said that the women who were given relief in the name of schemes. Now recovery is being done from them which is very unfortunate. For this, we will protest in the coming time. You had promised to give Rs 2 lakh and not Rs 10,000 as return.

Mukesh Sahni said that this government is working against the poor, backward and deprived classes. He raised the question that when there was no hesitation in distributing money during the elections, then why is there a need to ask for money from poor women now. Sahni called it the dual policy of the government.

Voice will be raised against government policies – Mukesh Sahni

The VIP leader further said that his party will not remain silent on this issue. He announced in clear words that there will be protests and agitations in the coming times. He said that by taking to the streets, voice will be raised against the policies of the government and the fight for the rights of the poor will be fought.

People should unite for their rights- Sahni

Appealing to the people of Bihar, Mukesh Sahni said that now the time has come for people to understand the truth and unite for their rights. He said that VIP stands with the poor, women and the deprived society and their rights will not be allowed to be taken away at any cost.

Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahni has made a big prediction regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. While talking to journalists at Patna Airport on Friday (December 12, 2025), Mukesh Sahni said that even Nitish Kumar does not know for how long he will remain the Chief Minister.

Pointing towards BJP, he said that an operation is being conducted to remove Nitish Kumar from the chair as soon as possible. Actually, journalists asked Sahni that JDU has claimed that 17-18 MLAs are in contact with them, to which he gave the above answer. He also said that it is well known which MLA is in contact with whom and who is behind whom. Everyone knows.

Tejashwi Yadav’s foreign tour described as personal life

Along with NDA leaders, Shivanand Tiwari has also raised questions regarding Tejashwi Yadav’s foreign tour. When journalists asked this question, Sahni replied, “There are all types of people in the party. In the Grand Alliance, everyone has the freedom to speak. Everyone has their personal life.”

Speaking to the media, the VIP chief said, “You people saw how hard we worked in the elections. After the results came, the government is doing the work of the government and the opposition is playing its role accordingly. We have just lost the elections, what will we do by staying in Bihar.”

Gave three months time to the government: Mukesh Sahni

Mukesh Sahni said that we have just given three months time to the government. In three months we will see whether the promise made is fulfilled or not. If Rs 10 thousand is given then Rs 2 lakh more is being given or not. Said that if the money is not given then we will come on the road. If we come on the road, we will come prepared well. Where are we going to leave the field?

On a question he said that democracy is in danger in the country. Even in Bihar he did not get the mandate. Stolen votes. The government was formed by giving the money of the people of our state to them. Somewhere democracy is not going well. The Election Commission is not performing its proper duty. Names of many voters are being deleted in the country. We took out Voter Rights March. In the coming times, when there will be change in Delhi, there will be change in the country.

The Grand Alliance is not trusting the exit poll data in Bihar, but if we look at the data of 8-10 exit polls, then everyone is supporting the NDA to form the government in Bihar again. Meanwhile, on Wednesday (November 12, 2025) evening, ‘Axis My India’ has released the exit poll data. It is surprising that in this also NDA government is being formed in Bihar.

If we look at the exit poll data of ‘Axis My India’, it comes to light that NDA may get 121-141 seats this time. Whereas the Grand Alliance can get 98-118 seats. In the exit poll, Prashant Kishor’s party Jan Suraj has been given 0-2 seats. Asaduddin Owaisi’s party AIMIM has been given 0-2 seats. Others are getting 1-5 seats. 122 seats are needed to form government in Bihar.

Prashant Kishor got the biggest shock

If you take any exit poll so far, Jan Suraj’s founder Prashant Kishor is getting the biggest shock. No one is giving them more than 2-4 seats. The preparation with which Prashant Kishor conducted the Padyatra in Bihar and attacked the Grand Alliance along with the NDA seemed to indicate that this time the picture would be different but nothing like this is visible in the exit polls. Now it has to be seen what the true picture will be when the results come on 14th November. Let us tell you that Prashant Kishore has said many times that he will either stay on his throne or on the floor.

After the second phase of counting of votes in Bihar Assembly elections (2025), exit polls are being released by various agencies. On this, Mukesh Sahni’s Vikassheel Insaan Party, which is part of the grand alliance, has reacted. The party has rejected the exit poll figures. VIP’s national spokesperson Dev Jyoti claimed that the election result would be far from this.

Dev Jyoti said that the exit poll is just a survey of some people. This is far away from the ground reality. He said that all the exit polls had proved unsuccessful in the last Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. This time too this exit poll seems to be repeating the same story.

‘People voted to remove the present government’

VIP spokesperson said, “The way people voted in large numbers and the reports coming from different areas, it is clear that people have voted in this election for change and to remove the present government. Voters have united against the administrative abuses and anarchy of NDA supporters and voted in favor of the Grand Alliance. No one can deny this.

He further said, “Whether it is the first or second phase of voting in Bihar, there is a wave of grand alliance. This time the government is going to be formed under the leadership of young faces Tejashwi Yadav and Mukesh Sahni.”

Let us tell you that this time Mukesh Sahni’s party has contested the elections in alliance with the Grand Alliance. Party results are to be declared on 12 seats. Different survey agencies have released exit poll data. If we look at the figures, NDA government seems to be formed again in Bihar. However, the final result will come on November 14.

The two-phase assembly elections (2025) in Bihar have ended. The results of voting along with records will be released on November 14. Earlier, according to the exit polls of different survey agencies, NDA government was being formed. Meanwhile, a survey has come which will increase the tension of NDA along with the Grand Alliance. Apart from all the exit polls, AI Politics has released the data. Everyone is surprised to see this.

Tough competition between NDA and Grand Alliance

The data of AI Politics has revealed that there is a tough competition between the NDA and the Grand Alliance. To form the government, 122 seats are needed in Bihar and both these alliances are very close to this number. On the other hand, when we look at the figures, it will be known that Nitish Kumar is facing a big setback in terms of seats.

How many seats for which alliance?

NDA- 121 (+/- 6 seats)

Grand Alliance- 119 (+/- 6 seats)

Others- 3-5 (+/- 2 seats)

Which alliance gets what percentage of votes?

NDA- 38.4%

Grand Alliance- 39.2%

Jan Suraj Party- 12.7%

Others- 9.8%

Which party gets how many seats in NDA?

BJP- 85-93 seats

JDU- 25-31 seats

LJPR- 2-4 seats

We- 0-1 seat

How many seats does which party get in the Grand Alliance?

Congress- 14-21 seats

VIP- 2-3 seats

CPI- 1-2 seats

CPIML- 2-5 seats

CPM- 1-2 seats

Final result will be known on 14th November

The figures of AI politics may be shocking, but after the results are declared on November 14, it will be known how much truth is there in whose claims. The first phase of voting was held on 6 November. The second phase took place last Tuesday (11 November). Now waiting for the result. Bihar has created history in terms of voting in both the phases. In such a situation, this time the result will also be worth watching.

(Note: Different survey agencies have conducted exit polls regarding the 2025 assembly elections. ABP News has not conducted any survey of its own)

The results of Bihar Assembly elections (2025) will come on 14 November. It is clear from the voting held in the first and second phases that the voting percentage has increased this time. Now after the end of the second phase of elections on Tuesday (November 11, 2025), exit polls have started coming. How many seats Mukesh Sahni’s party, which is part of the grand alliance, will win will be known on November 14, but some pictures seem to be clear from the five exit polls.

Mukesh Sahni is the Deputy CM face in the Grand Alliance. This was formally announced. That means, if the Grand Alliance government is formed, it is certain that he will be made the Deputy Chief Minister. Apart from these, there can be more Deputy CMs. Meanwhile, just take a look at how many seats are being given to his party in the exit polls.

Which survey agency gave how many seats to VIP?

Matrize-IANS- 1-14

People Insight- 2-3

Chanakya- 7-9

Poll Diary- 00

Polstrat-2-3

Sahni had contested on 11 seats in 2020

In the 2020 elections, BJP had won 121 seats in NDA. Out of these, BJP had given 11 seats to Mukesh Sahni’s party. These 11 seats were Brahmapur, Bochahan, Gaura Bauram, Simri Bakhtiyarpur, Sugauli, Madhubani, Kevati, Sahibganj, Balrampur, Alinagar and Baniapur. Mukesh Sahni himself had contested the elections from Simri Bakhtiyarpur in Saharsa district but lost to RJD’s Yusuf Salauddin.

Had suddenly changed sides in 2020

If we remember the election year of 2020, Mukesh Sahni suddenly moved from Grand Alliance to NDA. When the PC of the Grand Alliance was held and his party was not given even a single seat, he walked out of the program saying that he had been stabbed in the back.
In 2020, four candidates of Mukesh Sahni had won. At that time, BJP had made Mukesh Sahni an MLC and made him the Minister of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.

Bihar Assembly 2025 ended on Tuesday evening (November 11, 2025) with the second phase of voting. Voting took place on 121 seats in the first phase on November 6 and on 122 seats in the second phase on Tuesday. Now the result will be announced on 14th November. The special thing in this election was that record breaking voting took place. Bihar has created history in terms of voting. Now on the other hand, after the voting, the results of exit polls have started coming. The question is whose government will be formed in Bihar this time? Matrize-IANS And Chanakya Has released the data.

Matriz-IANS Exit Poll gave how many seats to whom?

NDA- 147-167 seats

Grand Alliance – 70 to 90 seats

Other- 2-6 seats

Looking at this figure, it seems that NDA government can be formed once again in Bihar. There are 243 assembly seats in Bihar and 122 seats are needed to form the government. That means NDA seems to be forming the government with majority.

Who gets how many seats in Chanakya Strategies Exit Poll?

NDA- 130-138 seats

Grand Alliance – 100 to 108 seats

Other- 3-5 seats

Who contested on how many seats in NDA?

In the 2025 assembly elections, both BJP and JDU parties have contested equal number of seats in NDA. BJP candidates were in the fray on 101 seats and JDU candidates were on 101 seats. Whereas Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s party Lok Janshakti (Ram Vilas), included in the NDA, had won 29 seats. However, the nomination of candidate Seema Singh from Madhaura seat of Chhapra was canceled. Whereas Jitan Ram Manjhi’s party ‘Hum’ and Upendra Kushwaha’s party Rashtriya Lok Morcha have been given 6-6 seats in NDA.

Who contested on how many seats in the Grand Alliance?

In the grand alliance, RJD is contesting on 143 seats, Congress on 61, Mukesh Sahni’s party VIP on 12, CPI (ML) on 20, CPI on 9, CPM on 4 seats and IP Gupta’s party IIP is contesting on three seats. Let us tell you that there are a total of 252 seats, but friendly fights are taking place on many of these seats which have been added separately. Due to this this number has increased.

In the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections (2025), voting is to be held on 121 seats on Thursday (November 06, 2025). Before that, on Wednesday (November 05, 2025) evening, VIP chief Mukesh Sahni came live on Facebook and cried a lot. Mukesh Sahni said that we all had taken the pledge of ‘No reservation, no vote’ by taking Ganga water, even today I stand by my word. I had many options which could provide comfort. Now you have to think to what extent you are keeping your promise.

‎The VIP chief said that today the time has come to prove that we are the descendants of Jubba Sahni, who cheated, who snatched our MLAs, defeat him. I myself have reached here after fighting a battle, now you will also have to come along. Nishad’s son will become Deputy Chief Minister.

‘Ticket on nine seats was given to people coming from extremely backward society’

Mukesh Sahni said, “I have been struggling for 11 years. I have done what no one else has done in independent India. Today the elections are being held on the face of Nishad. Today the Prime Minister is fishing with Nishad. Today Nishad’s son is distributing tickets. Out of 14-15 seats, nine seats were given to people from the extremely backward community, of which eight are Nishads. NDA won eight seats out of 243 seats. Not given to Nishad.”

Target to defeat PM Modi, Amit Shah, Nitish Kumar

The VIP chief said, “Our aim is to bring about change in Bihar and form a grand alliance government. I have to defeat PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and Nitish Kumar. Unless you defeat once, do not think that you will get reservation. We will give up even if we have to give up our lives to win this battle. Yesterday (Tuesday, November 04, 2025) I took my brother back.”

Mukesh Sahni said emotionally that it has to be ensured that there is no division in Nishad’s votes. This is the last night. You are my family and I am fighting for you only. Carry this fight till the end.

The recent activism of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the politics of Bihar has once again sparked discussion. In Begusarai, going into the pond for fishing is not just being considered a symbolic event but a political message.

Rahul Gandhi, who is trying to generate enthusiasm in the Congress after the Voters’ Rights March, on Sunday (November 2) took this step towards helping the fishermen and Nishad community. Mukesh Sahni, head of the VIP party and who calls himself Son of Mallah, was also present with him.

It was great to meet the fishermen community of Begusarai, Bihar today with VIP Party President Mukesh Sahni ji.

As interesting as their work is, their problems and struggles related to it are equally serious. But, in every situation, his hard work, passion and deep understanding of business is inspiring.… pic.twitter.com/8EecHux9m7

—Rahul Gandhi (@RahulGandhi) November 2, 2025

Rahul’s move symbolism or a new form of strategy?

This step of Rahul Gandhi is being seen as a new public relations campaign for Congress. Political analysts believe that by reaching out to the fishermen community, Rahul Gandhi has tried to convey the message of emotional connect. Socially, this community has been politically marginalized for a long time. In such a situation, this step of Rahul is like giving him respect and recognition.

However, BJP has made a sharp counterattack on this. Calling it ‘election drama’, party leaders said that just as Rahul Gandhi had called Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the ghat on Chhath festival as ‘drama’, now he himself is doing the same thing.

This will have a direct impact on 40 to 50 assembly seats.

Congress says that this public relations campaign of Rahul Gandhi is a proof of his deep relationship with the public. The party believes that if this campaign is successful in converting emotional connect into votes, then it will have a direct impact on 40 to 50 assembly seats in Bihar. Mukesh Sahni’s VIP party was earlier a part of NDA, but is now with the Grand Alliance. In such a situation, Sahni sharing the stage with Rahul gives an indication to the Nishad and Mallah communities that they will get representation in power.

Know where it will be affected?

According to the information, Nishad community plays a decisive role in districts like Begusarai, Muzaffarpur, Khagaria, Saharsa and Darbhanga. If the voters here lean towards Congress and the Grand Alliance, it can have a big impact on the election results. However, experts believe that if voters consider it only an election drama or a temporary show-off, then this bet may backfire. The people of Bihar now expect concrete development and employment beyond symbols.

Now it remains to be seen whether this ‘political leap’ of Rahul Gandhi actually sails the Grand Alliance or remains just another election picture.
