He said that “Reservation on the basis of Karnataka government is an insult to the constitution given by Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar. What he did not do with the Constitution in 1976. He had done the work of strangling. Congress has always done it and DK Shivkumar is saying what he has received from the legacy of Congress.”
