After just a few weeks of violent unrest in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK), a new wave of protests has once again broken out in the area. This time the protests are being led by Generation Z, which mostly consists of young students. This movement was started against education reforms, increasing fees and evaluation process, but now it has turned into a widespread protest against the Pakistani government led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, which has exposed the pent-up discontent and anger within the youth of the area.

The protest against education reforms was initially peaceful, but the situation worsened when an unidentified gunman allegedly opened fire on a group of students. A student was injured in this incident. In a viral video on social media platforms, a man can be seen firing at protesting students in Muzaffarabad, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). After the firing, there was chaos in the entire area. However, it is also being said that when this incident happened in Muzaffarabad, policemen were present there.

PoK Jane in Z protest turned violent

After the incident of firing on the protesting students in PoK, the protests took a decisive turn and the peaceful protesting students went on a rampage, burning tyres, vandalism and arson. Along with this, slogans were also raised against the Pakistani government. These ongoing incidents in POK are similar to what was recently seen in the Gen Z-led protests in South Asian countries like Nepal and Bangladesh.

PoK How did widespread protests begin in

This widespread protest in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) started with the demand of increasing fees and better facilities in a major university of Muzaffarabad. As student protests escalated, the university administration banned all political activities.

A similar movement took place in the month of January 2024, when students alleged that lakhs of rupees were being collected in the name of semester fees every 3-4 months. Later, teaching and administrative staff also joined in, demanding an increase in their pending salaries.

The agreement has been reached on the basis of the 38 point charter introduced by Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JKJAAC).

During this time public transport came to a standstill, daily life was interrupted and the situation worsened due to communication blackout.

Shahbaz Sharif sent a high level team

To bring the situation under control, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday sent a high -level delegation to Muzaffarabad. The talks ended at midnight on Friday night and the agreement was announced.

Agreement between Pakistan government and protesters

The protesters are returning to their homes. All roads have been opened. This is the victory of peace. Chaudhary also shared a copy of the agreement, including 25 point points. These include compensation to those killed in violence, investigations in violence cases in the sections of terrorism, and many development announcements.

Major points of agreement

Education Reform: Two new intermediate and secondary education boards will be set up for Muzaffarabad and Tail Divisions.

health services: The local government will issue health cards within 15 days, which will provide free treatment to the patients. In every district, MRI and CT scan machines will be installed in a phased manner.

power system: The central government will provide 10 billion Pakistani rupees (PKR 10 billion) to improve the power system in POK.

Administrative Reforms: The size of the POK cabinet will be reduced to 20 ministers and advisors. The number of administrative secretaries will also be kept at a maximum of 20. Some departments will be merged so that the governance system can be simplified.

Basic structure development: A study will be conducted to check the possibility of construction of two tunnels Kahori/Kamsar (3.7 km) and Chaplani (0.6 km) in the Neelam Valley.
At least 12 civilians have died due to security forces being shot at protesters in Pakistan-promoted Kashmir (POK). The region has been facing the biggest protests in recent years. These demonstrations started against not meeting 38 major demands of the government, but now it has turned into a broad movement against arbitrary and other atrocities of the army.

On Thursday, the protest entered its third day. There was a clash between the protesters and the army in Dadiyal, while the government deployed thousands of additional soldiers to control the situation. Apart from Muzaffarabad, the violence has spread to Rawalakot, Neelam Valley and Kotli.

Meeting of Joint Awami Action Committee

Chaudhary Anwarul Haq and Federal Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhary on Wednesday invited the United Awami Action Committee (JAAC) to negotiate to establish peace between the protesters and the government. According to reports, 5 protesters were shot dead in Muzaffarabad, 5 in Dhirkot and 2 in Dadiyal. Apart from this, at least 3 policemen have also been killed. More than 200 people have been injured, many of whom are in critical condition.

The demonstration is being led by the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (AAC), and due to this, life has stopped in the entire PoK. The main reason for this movement is the demand to abolish 12 assembly seats, which are reserved for Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan. Other demands include tax relief, flour and subsidy on electricity, and development projects.

Markets, shops closed from September 29

Markets, shops and local businesses are closed since 29 September. Mobile, internet and landline services are also completely closed. Thousands of people are demonstrating, throwing stones and dropping large containers, which were tried to stop march by putting on bridges.

In other cities, despite the security arrangements, the protesters took out marches and raised slogans like “Rulers, Beware, We Are Your Doom” and “Kashmir is Ors, we will decide its fate”. This is the first time that PoK citizens are directly targeting the Pakistani government and the army.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the government is ready to solve the issues and a dialogue committee has been formed to establish peace. He also directed to take restraint with the protesters.

Also, the United Kashmir People’s National Party (UKPNP) spokesman Nasir Aziz Khan appealed to the United Nations and the international community for immediate intervention. He said that human rights crisis can arise in PoK and member countries should take action under their international agreements. Prior to this development, 30 civilians were killed in the airstrikes of Pakistan Air Force in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, causing this tension to increase further.

In Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (PoK), on Tuesday (September 30, 2025), the situation once again became like civil war in the evening on the second day of the performance of Kashmiris. To disperse the people shouting slogans on the road, the first Pakistan police and paramilitary force Frontier Corps released tear gas shells, after which the Kashmiri crowd became furious and started pelting tremendous stones at the police and para-military and ran them.

After which the situation deteriorated so much that the vehicles of Pakistani police and Frontier Corps were seen running from the streets and police and para-military personnel were seen running away and sitting in the vehicles.

Pak police fired aerial firing to scare the public

However, after this clash, the local police also fired aerial firing to intimidate the public, but despite this, the anger of Kashmiris did not diminish and people stayed on the streets. Meanwhile, in districts like Rawalkot and Kotli, before the evening, Kashmiris took out a procession and shouted slogans against the Government of Pakistan and gave a message that the people of Pakistani occupied Kashmir are no longer ready to accept the command of Islamabad nor will it bend before Islamabad.

Awami Action Committee demanded the government

Tomorrow, on the third day, due to 38 demands of Awami Action Committee, the entire PoK will continue to be closed and anti -Pakistan protests will continue. Also today, on Tuesday (September 30, 2025), Awami Action Committee member Sardar Umar Nazir announced that there would be any kind of talks with the Pakistani government only when the first Pakistani government will first call its police and Frontier Corps back to Pakistan from POK and internet and calling services will be restored.

Pak Awami Action Committee will take the activities of agencies to the global platform

Along with this, the Awami Action Committee alleged the intervention of the Pakistani Army and Intelligence Agency ISI in the valley and said that the Pakistani Army and ISI want to do the same act in PoK as they do in the provinces of Pakistan. Awami Action Committee member Shaukat Nawaz Mir said that the institutions of the Pakistani government, which have to protect the country, are joining the performance of Kashmiris. Also, the trend that these government institutions have run in Pakistan are also being run in Kashmir. In such a situation, the Awami Action Committee will now take the antics of these institutions on the global platform.

The markets are closed for the second day on Tuesday (September 30, 2025) in Pakistan’s captured Kashmir (POK) and people are gathering on the streets and protesting against the Pakistani government. On Monday, Pakistan -backed organization and paramilitary force opened fire on Kashmiris, in which 2 people died. For this reason, today Kashmiris have blocked the roads connecting the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan with PoK at the entry point of PoK.

Kashmiris blocked Kohla Entry Point
In the photographs with ABP News, it can be clearly seen that Kashmiris connecting Kohla Entry Point which connects Abotabad of Muri city of Pakistani Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwah with Muzaffarabad, have completely blocked it with the help of big stones and containers, so that no outsider of Pakistan can enter the Pakistan Cabbles.

Protests by closing shops in full Pok
After the violence on Monday, the Kashmiris had decided to completely cut the PoK from Pakistan, besides closing shops in the entire POK. Apart from blocking borders, people of Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Rawalkot, Kotli are on the streets and are shouting slogans against the Pakistani government.

Performance outside Pakistani High Commission in London
In view of the rebellion of Kashmiris in PoK, the puppet government of PoK has also stopped internet and calling services throughout the PoK, so that the rebellion going on in PoK does not come to the world. However, in many high yogas of Pakistan located abroad, migrants of Pakistani Qaze are opposing.

PoK migrants protested fiercely against the Pakistani government for about 2 hours on Monday outside the London -based Pakistani High Commission.

After the common people in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, now the POK police has started an indefinite strike by blowing the bugle of rebellion against the Pakistani Pakistani rule. In Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pok, hundreds of police officers have sat on a dharna with a banner poster in uniform. He has refused to join duty. POK policemen and police officers, sitting on an indefinite strike under the banner of Jamiat-e-Police Kashmir, have accused the Pakistan government of discrimination, economic exploitation and administrative neglect for decades and placed a 12-point demand to return to duty.

POK police officials and policemen sitting on indefinite strike since Monday (July 21) alleged that the Pakistani government is discriminating against Kashmiris in its occupied Kashmir. After the death of the policemen, their deposited money is not given to the family members. The money of the policemen is freeze and the pension received to the families of the deceased policemen was also not increased for the last 50 years. This is not the case in other parts of Pakistan in Punjab province. After the death of the policeman there, the family gets good money every month, but all the deposits of the policeman are given to the families, whereas it is not in POK.

POK policemen accused Pakistani government
POK policemen and officials accused the Pakistani government that there are many big government hospitals in POK, but the facility is only provided to army officers and their families, policemen and their families are treated like other class citizens, in such a situation, according to POK police officials sitting on indefinite strike, POK policemen and their families also like POK policemen and their families, like the army, like the army, including the army, including the army of Pakistan, they are covered in the big governments of Pakistan and their families like the army. Preference should be given and money should be refunded without delay in the condition of treatment outside.

Government gives refunds of expenses incurred in hospital
According to POK policemen, the government of Pakistan gives refunds to the policemen and police officers working in other parts of Pakistan for treatment in a private hospital. The same situation is in the case of army, but POK’s police has been doing step -behavior for the last 70 years. Apart from this, the policemen sitting on strike demand that the POK police get the allowance of the uniform equal to the Pakistani Army and Ranger and the risk allowance should not be given on the old basic of 2008 but on a scale of 2022, as is being given to the army. Apart from this, the POK police should also be given a dispenser allowance which the army and Rangers have got twice as well as increase in consultable and dashing allowance keeping in mind the current inflation.

Charges of discrimination against Pakistani rule
In Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, there are continuous strike and dharna going on due to allegations of discrimination against the Pakistani rule at this time. At this time, the policemen are sitting on strike, while the employees of the Revenue Department of POK are also working by tying a black band till 27 July. According to him, if he is not given equal rights like other parts of Pakistan, then from July 27, he will leave 3 hours and then go on strike from August 3.

Pakistan is the chairman of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on the one hand, but even after that how the episode of terrorism remains all over the world. Apart from this, how the terrorist organizations banned by UNSC in Pakistan roam the streets uninterrupted. The biggest evidence of this came out from different areas of Pakistan on Tuesday (July 8, 2025), where terrorists were openly put on the death anniversary of terrorist Burhan Wani.

While the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen at Muzaffarabad in Pok, occupied by Pakistan, Hizbul Mujahideen, saluted other terrorists killed in an encounter with India, including Burhan Wani and resolved Jihad against India, while 12 kilometers from the Pakistani Army headquarters in Pakistan’s Rawalpindi, Hijbul Mujahidin’s road showed up, the terrorist organization was seen moving on the road Given.

In the exclusive photographs of ABP News, it can be clearly seen that more than 40 terrorists are openly roaming the streets of Rawalpindi by wearing HM -written shirts with AK 47 people of terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen on the streets of Rawalpindi. Many of these terrorists are terrorists who belong to the commando brigade of Hizbul Mujahideen, which historically the Pakistani army trains in its camp and the fact that the testimony is giving the clothes of these terrorists themselves. As well as commandos with Hizbul Mujahideen and AK 47 are written on the black shirt of about 16 terrorists, “Jihad is my life) has been written on the shirt of the rest of the terrorists (Jihad is my life), which has been trained with terrorist commanders at the training camp in Kotli, Hizbul Mujahideen.

Syed Salahuddin is seen leading the terrorists

In these pictures near ABP News, the leadership of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists on the streets of Rawalpindi is clearly visible to Mohammad Shafiq, a member of Hizbul Mujahideen’s central Shura and terrorist Syed Salahuddin. According to sources, Mohammad Shafiq has been associated with Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Syed Salahuddin since 1995 and took training to join the Afghan Jihad at Jaish-e-Mohammed’s training camp in Jaish-e-Mohammed in the 80s in Shafiq.

Terrorist Mohammad Shafiq is a resident of Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK), currently living in Lahore and has joined the Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir to bring himself into the mainstream, which is banned in India.

Pok Majma on Burhan Wani’s anniversary in Muzaffarabad

Apart from Rawalpindi, Hizbul Mujahideen also put on the anniversary of Burhan Wani’s death in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday (July 8) and made a salute to other terrorists killed in encounters with India, including terrorists Burhan Wani, including terrorists Burhan Wani, coming from the children and youth of his jihadi camp. The event was shared by Hizbul Mujahideen and Pashban-e-Hurriyat in Muzaffarabad and after the program, Hizbul Commander Mohammed Arif Wani also gave a speech and there was a picture of Hizbul Mujahideen commander and banned terrorist Syed Salahuddin.

Hizbul terrorists and gangsters get in Pakistan Vip Treatment

Both the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen and its chief Syed Salahuddin are banned from India and the United States and UNSC has also declared Hizbul Mujahideen as a terrorist organization, but Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist and its leader Syed Salahuddin alias Mohammad Yusuf Shah has received VIP Treatment in Pakistan. According to the Pakistani intelligence documents with ABP News, the 2019 Pakistan intelligence agency had prepared a government document in the name of terrorist Syed Salahuddin alias Mohammad Yusuf Shah, which said that Syed Salahuddin works for Pakistan’s intelligence agency. This document was issued on behalf of Commander Officer Vajahat Ali Khan of the Pakistani Army intelligence agency to stop checking and facilitate terrorist Salahuddin instead of his car.

Young people who attend Jihadi camp of Hizbul were giving salute to terrorists

Not only this, the way Muzaffarabad was seen that the children and young people coming to the jihadi camp of Hizbul were saluting other terrorists including Burhan Wani and were taking a pledge for jihad against India, so the biggest reason for this is Hizbul Mujahideen interfering in schools with the help of the government in POK.

Abdullah Hijaji, Commander of Hizbul Mujahideen in Muzaffarabad, who was present with ABP News, has read the text of jihad to children at a government school in Kohari, Hijaji Muzaffarabad. The video of this program is also present with ABP News.

In the video, Abdullah, the commander of Hizbul Mujahideen, was telling the Hijaji children that jihad has no age and today you are children, but tomorrow you will grow up then you have to do jihad. With the help of the government of Pakistan, the hijbul Mujahideen’s recovery camp is working in government schools and the attacker produces terrorists, a big example of this is the last year’s Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Noman Jiaullah. Noman Ziaullah was inspired by terror from school at an early age in Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist commanders, after which he was trained from the age of 17 and then sent to India to attack.

In this action of India, many terrorist bases were demolished, while the Pakistani Army also saw panic.

According to the report of news agency IANS, sources in the Indian Army said that the communication was revealed that a commander of Pakistan’s 75th Infantry Brigade near Muzaffarabad in Pakistan occupied Kashmir refused to go to the station due to panic.

‘The office will open even after a while, but first save your life’
When the junior officials contacted the commander to resume the operation, he responded very comfortably and said that the office will open even after a while but first save your life.

Pakistani army commander escaped and took refuge in the mosque
The intercept radio chat also revealed that the commander had escaped and took refuge in a nearby mosque. The junior officer was heard saying that our commander saheb has escaped with great difficulty and he is offering prayers in a mosque. They have sent the rest of the soldiers here, when the matter is a little calm then they will come back.

Under Operation Sindoor, India had targeted terrorist bases only in Pakistan, but there was a fierce shelling in civilian areas by Pakistan. Then in response, attacks on Pakistan’s military bases were attacked by the Indian Army.

Pakistan’s Air Force will take a long time to fix these airbase and make it operational. Pakistan’s national security can also be affected due to the airbase being destroyed.
