Nafisa Ali had made her own identity before entering the acting world. He won the title of National Swimming Champion from 1972 to 1974. In 1976, she won the title of EVS Weekly Miss India and represented India at Miss International, where she became the second runner-up.

An interesting thing is that she did not have the objective famous to join Miss India, but a desire for her family to win a rare luxury TV set of that time.

His film started in 1979 with Shyam Benegal’s film Junoon, in which he was accompanied by Shashi Kapoor. After this, he worked in many memorable films, such as Major Saab, Life in a metro, request, and height. He also worked in Big B with Mammooty.

Although his acting career was very successful, Nafisa left Bollywood at its peak.

On 16 September, he gave an update about his health, in which he said that chemotherapy is going to start again as surgery is not possible at the moment. He wrote about his ongoing war against cancer on Instagram that this is a new story of his life. Nafisa wrote that believe in me, I love life.

Not only limited to his health updates, he also shared an emotional message on brother-sister relationship. When you do not have the questions of your children, then whom should we go to? In response to, he said: Go to each other. This is my biggest gift gift, siblings who share love and memories.
