India has started clamping down against Khalistani organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) and terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. In this sequence, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a new case against Gurpatwant Singh Pannu on Wednesday (September 24, 2025).

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) took this action with the remarks of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in which the Khalistani terrorist announced a reward of Rs 11 crore to the Prime Minister from hoisting the tricolor on the Red Fort. The NIA has registered a case under sections 61 (2) of BNS 2023 and section 10 and 13 of UAPA. Earlier, Khalistani extremist Indrajit Singh Gosal, a close associate of terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in Canada and the right hand, was arrested.

Gosal’s arrest is a clear indication that agencies have initiated strict action against the pro -Khalistan organization Sikh for Justice.
