PUBG: Developer Krafton of popular games like Battlegrounds and Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has bought a controlling stake in the Indian Gaming Studio Naualus Mobile. The deal is said to be $ 14 million (about Rs 118 crore) and this is Krafton’s first controlling investment in India. The acquisition is expected to increase the capabilities of Nattilus mobile, which will help the studios to refine their existing titles and increase their reach to other cricket playing countries.

Pune based Naualus Mobile is known for its famous Real Cricket Franchise, which has received millions of downloads worldwide. The company will continue to work independent and all its 45 employees will remain on their existing positions. At the same time, the earlier majority stakeholder jetsynthesys will now be the minority stakeholder and will work on projects related to especially especially with Naualus.

Techcrunch Report According to, Krafton has gained more than 75% stake in Naualus. Sean Hyunil Sohn of Krafton India described the acquisition as an important part of the company’s long-term strategy. He said, “This deal will strengthen our plan to make India a global game development hub. With the Global Resources of Experts and Krafton in the cricket gaming of Naualus Mobile, we will take the Real Cricket Franchise further and explore the new gaming jumors.”

In an interview to Techcrunch, CEO Anuj Mankar of Naualus Mobile said, “Our development will further strengthen the capability of Capability Krafton. Together we can work on more new games and jowars, we can work on more new games and jowars, not only the Indian market but also at the global level.”
