Now take a deep breath, and while exhaling, raise your feet and chests up slowly. Also, pull the hands forward so that they move towards the feet. During this time your eyes should be on the feet, while hands and feet appear in a straight line. Feel stretch in the abdominal muscles and stay in this position for some time. Then gradually come back to the same position.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of AYUSH has advised those who are suffering from any serious heart disease or asthma not to naukasana. Also, if you have migraine, high headache or low blood pressure, do not practice it, because it can increase further. Naukasana should be avoided during pregnancy, as it puts pressure on the stomach.</p>
