Navjot Singh, a senior officer of the Finance Ministry, died in a road accident near Delhi Cantt Metro Station, while his wife was seriously injured. Navjot Singh and his wife were going on bikes in Dhaulakuan when a woman hit him in BMW. The police have registered a case of culpable homicide in it. Investigation revealed that the accident took place in Dhaula Kuan area but Navjot Singh and his wife were taken to a nursing home in Mukherjnagar for treatment, which is about 22 km away.

The son of the deceased Navjot Singh also asked the same question. He said, “My parents left for Bangla Sahib by bike at 11.00 am. After this, he had lunch in Karnataka Bhavan and was coming home around 1.30 pm.
