For this, an application was also given for registration for 274 plot scheme in 9B block of Sector 18. But due to objection from RERA, it took a long time. Now that registration has been done. So speculations are also being made that this scheme can also start from April 2.

Plot will be found through lottery system

After registration, now this plot scheme can start from April 2 in Navratri, if we talk in this plot scheme, there will be 274 plots of about 100 sqm. Which will be allotted through lottery.
