Chhattisgarh Deputy CM and Home Minister Vijay Sharma has been on a tour of Bastar for the last three days, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan festival, Home Minister Vijay Sharma is visiting Dantewada and Sukma district, and celebrating Rakshabandhan from the women Naxalites who have surrendered here.

In Dantewada, the woman Naxalites tied a rakhi to the deputy CM Vijay Sharma, out of which Sundari and Tulsi also tied a rakhi to the deputy CM.

Surrender women Naxalites also tied deputy CM

Hidma’s guard, Tulsi and Sundari, were a prize Naxalites of 8 -8 lakh rupees, but recently both left the path of violence and joined the mainstream and after that Bastar is admitted to the fighter and is taking iron against the Naxalites. Apart from Sundari and Tulsi, other surrender women Naxalites also tied a rakhi to the deputy CM.

Deputy CM promised for defense

On this occasion, the deputy CM blessed these sisters and appealed to all the Naxalites operating in the Maoist area of Bastar to return to the mainstream. Along with the deputy CM, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap Bastar IG Sundararaj P and Bastar Commissioner Doman Singh, besides Dantewada Collector Kunal Dudawat SP Gaurav Rai also tied the defense thread from the surrendered sisters and promised to protect them.

Deputy CM appealed to Naxalites to surrender

The deputy CM said that now Bastar is changing and continuously surrendering the path of Naxalite violence, all the Teej festivals are also celebrating by joining the mainstream, earlier they had chosen the path of violence and wandered in the forests with guns but after surrendering their lives have changed now, under rehabilitation, they are also being recruited in the force with the government’s Naxalites.

The deputy CM said that leaving the path of Naxalism, on the festival of Rakshabandhan with our sisters associated with the mainstream, I and the IG, Commissioner, Collector, SP of Bastar division, including Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, tied them up. He said that whoever has deviated from the mainstream and wants to return, the whole society will consider him his sister and try his best to live his life.

The Deputy CM will also visit Dantewada as well as Sukma district on the occasion of Rakshabandhan festival and after holding a review meeting with the officials, will celebrate the festival of Rakshabandhan with self-dedicated women Naxalites and Bastar fighters and women commandos … and they will get Rakhi tied to them.

Chhattisgarh naxal surrender: Security forces have achieved a major achievement in Naxal -affected Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. Four Naxalites active in the area have surrendered. Two women and two men are among those who surrendered, on which the Chhattisgarh government had declared a reward of Rs 20 lakh. The operation was successful with the joint efforts of the 131 battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the anti -Naxal team.

CRPF and local police teams carried out this operation in a confidential manner. Officials say that this is an important step in the ongoing campaign against the Naxalites. Due to the surrender policy of the Chhattisgarh government and pressure from the security forces, many Naxalites have left weapons in recent months.

According to security forces, these Naxalites were involved in violent activities in Sukma and surrounding areas for a long time. Naxalites who surrendered said that they were fed up with the path of Naxalism. He decided to return to the mainstream after being troubled by violence and difficult life in the forest. Naxalites also said that they now want to live a peaceful life by becoming a part of society.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah had said on April 1 that the Naxal problem has now come down from 12 districts of the country to only six districts. The Modi government is building a strong, safe and prosperous India with a ruthless attitude towards Naxalism and tireless efforts for universal development. He described Naxalism as the biggest enemy of democracy.

He had said that the Modi government is moving towards making ‘Naxal -free India’. Naxalism is the biggest enemy of democracy and the Modi government is determined to end it. It is our resolve that after 31 March 2026, Naxalism in the country will remain only history.

One villager dies due to IED, another injured

In Narayanpur district of Chhattisgarh, a villager was killed and another was seriously injured after being hit by a decorated explosive equipment (IED) installed by Naxalites. Police officials gave this information on Friday.

Police officials said that the villagers Rajesh Usendi (25) died and Ramlal Korram (25) was seriously injured when IED was hit by IED between Jadda and Markur villages in the district.

He told that Rajesh Usendi and Ramlal Phool, residents of Kanagaon, went towards the forest of Jadda-Marakur village for the bush. When he was in the forest, his leg went over the pressure bomb planted by the Naxalites, causing an explosion in the bomb.

Officials said that in this incident, Rajesh suffered a serious injury to both legs and died on the spot itself. At the same time, Ramlal’s neck and face has suffered serious injuries. Ghayal Ramlal has been admitted to Narayanpur Hospital.
