<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="cf0"><!--StartFragment -->India and China have agreed to start business again through Lipulekh Pass. The decision was taken during the India round of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on 18 and 19 August. After the arrival of Wang Yi to India, the trade will also start from Shipki La and Nathu La Pass. Nepal has objected to this. India has also given a befitting reply to Nepal&#8217;s objection. According to the PTI report, Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said that the two countries have been trading from here for decades.<!--EndFragment --></span></p>
<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="cf0">Nepal said on Wednesday (August 20) that this region is its inseparable part and its <!--StartFragment --></span><span class="cf0">Official </span><span class="cf0"><!--EndFragment -->  Map has also been included. </span><span class="cf0">The Nepali Foreign Ministry said, &#8220;The Nepal government is clear that Limpiadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani, located east of the Mahakali river, are inseparable parts of Nepal. They have also been officially recorded in the Nepali map and also included in the Constitution.</span></p>
<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span class="cf0">India gave a befitting reply after Nepal&#8217;s objection</span></strong></p>
<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="cf0">Reacting to the statement of the Government of Nepal, India&#8217;s Foreign Ministry said that such claims are neither appropriate nor based on historical facts and evidence. </span><span class="cf0">Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, &#8220;The border trade between India and China started in 1954 through Lipulekh Pass and continued for decades. In recent years, there was a hindrance in business due to Corona and other incidents. Now both sides have agreed to resume it. &#8221;</span></p>
<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span class="cf0">Chinese Foreign Minister&#8217;s visit to India</span></strong></p>
<p class="pf0" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="cf0">Foreign Minister S.K. along with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi A joint document released on Tuesday (August 19), after a comprehensive talks between Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that the two sides agreed to resume the border trade through three business points &#8211; Lipulekh Pass, Shipki La Pass and Nathu La Pass.</span><span class="cf1"> </span></p>
