A senior member of his party said that Oli has vowed to raise the issue in Parliament. It is being told that Oli made this comment in a meeting of central officials of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (UML) three days ago.

Many serious allegations made against India

A senior party official present in the meeting told the Indian Express that Oli has vowed to arrest former Raja Gyanendra Shah. According to the party member, Oli also said that he will expose his role in India’s movement in Parliament on Wednesday. Earlier on Sunday, former King Gyanendra Shah offered prayers at the Mankamna temple in Gorkha. He was given a grand welcome in Nuvakot.

KP Sharma Oli shocked

Meanwhile, Oli’s efforts to form a joint front of the three largest political parties against the former king were shocked when Nepali Congress, the biggest partner of the ruling coalition, decided to protect the constitution on Sunday, but refused to form a front with CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Center.

According to sources, Nepali Congress chief Sher Bahadur Deuba was in support of such a front, but the party’s performance evaluation committee rejected the proposal on Sunday.

Former PM Deuba said, “Even though RPP makes Gyanendra his president, he will eventually regret it.”

He said, “If the former King wanted to join politics, he could form his party.” He said that there is no possibility of returning to the monarchy in Nepal. He also said that Gyanendra is not suitable for becoming a constitutional king.
