On the morning of 30 May 2025, thousands of users faced problems in streaming due to the sudden downs of Netflix in the US. There was a flood of reports on downdetector, which UnderMore than 70,000 users reported that they were getting error messages like “this title is not available to watch instantly” around 9:30 PM ET (in India 7:00 pm). Netflix accepted the problem on its status page and stated that some titles could be temporarily unavailable.
