National Health Mission (NHM) Maharashtra has brought a big opportunity for the youth. The Mission has announced the recruitment of 1974 posts of Community Health Officer (CHO) across the state. If you want to make a career in the health sector, then this opportunity is for you. The application process has started and candidates can apply online by visiting nhm.maharashtra.gov.in. The last date of application is 14th November.

Under this recruitment drive, posts have been reserved under various categories like SC, ST, OBC, EWS and General. To apply for these posts, candidates must have B.Sc Nursing, BAMS or BUMS degree. Also, their name should be registered with the State Nursing Council or the concerned professional board.

The selection process will be in two phases. First written examination, then interview. The knowledge and skills of the candidates will be tested in the written examination. There will be total 100 questions in the exam and total marks will also be 100. This exam will be in both Marathi and English languages ​​so that all the candidates can understand it easily.

Now talking about salary, the selected candidates will get a salary of Rs 40,000 every month. This salary is attractive for youth who are looking for a stable and respectable career.
