Kaushal Kishore is a 2010 batch IAS officer and was currently holding the post of Commissioner, Darbhanga Division. While transferring him, he has been given the responsibility of Secretary Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department till further orders.

Whereas Nilesh Ramchandra Devre (2011 batch), Special Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Bihar, Patna (Additional charge Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Patna) has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Civil Aviation Department till further orders. Devre will continue to hold the additional charge of Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Patna.

Ajay Yadav relieved from responsibilities of education department

Secretary of Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department, Ajay Yadav, who is a 2005 batch IAS officer, has been relieved of all responsibilities/charges of the Education Department. Avnish Kumar Singh, I.P.S. (2010), Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger will hold the additional charge of Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur till further orders.
