Last June 2025, US President Donald Trump said that Iran’s uranium enrichment capacity had been damaged due to the attack by Israel and the US. At present, there is no information about what has happened to the 60 percent enriched uranium that Iran has, which amounts to 400 kg.

America is continuously demanding Iran to give up its nuclear program

Iran will never give up its uranium enrichment, even if war is imposed on the country. Iran’s Foreign Minister gave this statement on Sunday. Speaking at a forum in Tehran, Abbas Araghchi said that Iran has paid a heavy price for its peaceful nuclear program.

Iran’s President Masood Pipeskian said in an interview to Fox News on Thursday (September 25) that who will guarantee us that Israel will not attack our nuclear bases? Until such a guarantee is received, Iran will not consider reducing its uranium enrichment level. However, he also reiterated that Iran would never make atomic bombs.

This statement came at a time when allegations and counter-allegations between Iran and Israel were intensified in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). UK’s UN messenger announced that the UN ban on Iran would be re -implemented from 26 September. Russia and China tried to postpone it, but the proposal could not pass.
