The news of violence has once again come out from Nuh in Haryana. There was a huge uproar during a police raid in Indana village of Nuh district. On Saturday (September 27), when the police team reached to raid in the case of a suspected car brought from Punjab, the villagers threw stones at the police and also fired in the air.

Policemen were not hurt in this incident, but many vehicles were damaged. Additional police force had to be called on the spot and 13 people were arrested.

Stress increased during raids

At around 11:30 am on September 27, the police team reached the house of accused Azad in Indana village. The names of Azad, Shahid and Shah Rukh are being included in the accused. As soon as the police arrived, the accused escaped. The women present in the house misbehaved with the policemen, after which a woman was detained with the help of female police. Meanwhile, other people of the village gathered there and started throwing stones at the police team.

The situation worsens due to firing and stone pelting

According to the police, the mob not only pelted stones but also fired bullets in the air. According to PTI, the police immediately called an additional force when the situation deteriorated. After this action, tension spread in the village. Police said that after stone pelting and firing, there has been continuous patrolling to bring the situation under control.

13 people arrested, heavy police force deployed in village

The police later took action and arrested Shaukeen, Yunus, Javed, Nasir, Hafiz, Rihan, Mushtaq, Ajharuddin, Yusuf, Wajid, Nima, Shaheena and Najma. At present, additional police forces are deployed to maintain peace in the village. According to the Bichhor police station in -charge Inspector Jasvir, the police is questioning all the accused and the situation is completely under control.

Nuh district of Haryana is once again in discussion. Here an FIR has been lodged against 10 people for spoiling communal harmony by spreading false propaganda on social media against a sweet shop here. This case is being reported on July 21, when sweets shopkeeper Girraj Prasad lodged a police complaint.

Girraj Prasad told the police that misleading allegations have been made on his shop and Muslim employees on Facebook, which were not only false but also part of the conspiracy to spread communal tension in the area.

What is the whole matter?

Complainant Girraj Prasad said that his shop ‘Lala Chandriram Sweets’ has been operating in the grain market in Nuh for the last 75 years. Bina has been shopping for a dispute. 10 to 12 Muslim employees work in the shop and milk supply has also been from the Muslim community.

Prasad alleges that the dispute started on the matter of not taking UPI payment by a customer and after that a rumor was deliberately spread on social media. He described it as a conspiracy hatched under business competition and said that its aim is to create a rift among the communities.

Police action and investigation

Deputy SP (Headquarters) Harinder Kumar has issued a statement in this regard. According to the news agency PTI, he informed that Girraj Prasad (sweets shopkeeper) has also submitted links to the accused’s Facebook profiles to the police. Based on this, a case has been registered against a total of 10 people including Asif Hussain, Rafiq Ahmed.

Police said that all aspects are being investigated and the culprits will be arrested soon. He also clarified that strict action will be taken against those who try to spoil communal peace.

Today (14 July) is the first Somwari of Shravan month, in such a situation, Braj Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra has been organized in Nuh district of Haryana. The administration has made extensive security arrangements to make this visit peacefully. At the same time, police has been deployed in the district since this morning. Apart from this, in view of the journey, schools in the district have been ordered to be closed on Monday, July 14.

Mobile internet, bulk SMS and dongle services (except banking and recharge) have been suspended from 9 pm to 9 pm on the previous day (13 July). The purpose of the closure of these services is to stop the spread of rumors and misinformation, so that any untoward incident can be avoided. However, no ban has been imposed on voice call service.

These things are banned

District Magistrate Vishram Kumar Meena has issued several restrictive orders to maintain peace in the district under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Protection Code, 2023. These include a ban on carrying any type of weapons, although the Sikh community is allowed to wear saber as a religious symbol. Apart from this, a complete ban has also been imposed on the use of speech, DJ or loudspeakers that provoke religious sentiments.

The sale of meat has been banned in the areas around the journey route and all the meat shops of the Kavad road have been directed to be closed till July 24. There will also be a ban on giving petrol and diesel in open utensils like bottles at petrol pumps from 6 am to 12 noon today. Along with this, drone is being monitored on the travel route and more than 2,500 policemen will be deployed. All government and private schools will remain closed on Monday.

Gaurakshak Bittu Bajrangi did not get permission to travel

Police informed that Gauraksha Bittu Bajrangi has not been allowed to participate in the yatra and his social media account has been suspended. The administration has already prepared for the situation like 2023 not re -situation. The State Home Department said that all these steps have been taken to prevent any possible disturbance, sabotage or violent incidents, so that law and order can be maintained and the journey can be done smoothly.

In view of the proposed Braj Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra in Noah district of Haryana, the administration has tightened security. In an official statement issued on Friday (July 11), it was told that about 2,500 policemen will be deployed during the visit.

Also, a holiday has been declared in schools which include both government and private schools. The district administration and police have made large -scale security arrangements in view of the possible crowd.

Bomb squad, sniffer dogs and drones will also be monitored

According to the statement, 14 DSPs have been deployed and 28 checkposts have been installed to ensure security on the travel route. Videography will be done along with intensive search of visitors on these checkposts.

According to PTI, apart from this, bomb squads, sniffer dogs, cavalry police, commando force, four drones and 21 video cameras will also be deployed. High quality CCTV cameras have also been installed to monitor the activities of those participating in the journey.

A close watch on the movement of people

The administration said that heavy police force will be present at major places like Tiranga Park, Badkali Chowk and KMP Rewasan Bridge. According to the Noah Police spokesperson, vigilance and precautions are being taken throughout the journey, so that any kind of unpleasant incident can be avoided. The movement of people in the areas falling in the way of the yatra is being closely monitored.

On the other hand, Noah Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena wrote a letter to the District Education Officer and told that all the government and private schools in the district will be closed on July 14 due to the yatra. He said that during the journey, there will be a big change in traffic on many routes, due to which school children may have trouble coming and going. In such a situation, it has been decided to keep schools closed for a day keeping in mind the safety and convenience of the students.
