The first of these is the increasing number of elderly people and the second is the changing lifestyle of the youth. It is estimated that by 2050 the elderly population in India will reach 347 million, who will need special nutrition for energy and better digestion. At the same time, youth between 25 to 45 years of age are now making supplements a part of their daily routine. About 35% of the middle class people are now ready to spend on their daily wellness.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Kaushik Desai, General Secretary of Health Foods and Dietary Supplements Association, says that the biggest strength for India is its biodiversity and the heritage of Ayurveda. Experts say that the market for Ayurvedic products is growing at a fast pace of 18.4% and by 2030 it can reach US $ 22.37 billion. Today&#8217;s consumers no longer want just medicines, but are looking for clean-label (pure products without adulteration) and plant-based options. Now nutrition is not limited to bitter pills only. Now new options in the market like tasty gummies, special beverages and personalized nutrition are becoming very popular among the youth.</p>
