In such a situation, a new and shocking report has come out recently, claiming that if people all over the world adopt plant-rich ie plants based on plants, then every day about 40,000 people can avoid premature deaths. This diet talks about consuming a limited amount of carnivorous food and also tells about health as well as protection of environment.  According to this report, there is about one third of the greenhouse gas emissions emitted from the global food system. If people adopt planetary health diet, then by 2050 the climate damage caused by food system can be halved. Also, this food production is not only becoming the biggest reason for the destruction of wildlife and forests, but is also becoming a major reason for making water polluted. </p>
<p><strong>What is Planetary Health Diet?</strong></p>
<p>Planetary health diet is mainly based on vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses and whole grains. However, according to this report, planetary health diet can include some animal products like meat, egg or milk. Regarding this diet, experts say that this diet is not a renunciation of any kind, but food can be prepared in many ways by mixing these things. These food are beneficial for health as well as environment.</p>
<p><strong>Claims in report harmful food harmful</strong></p>
<p>It has been revealed in this report that eating more non -vegetarian food can be dangerous for our health. At the same time, it has also been told in the report that people in America and Canada eat seven times more red meats than the recommendation of Planetary Health Diet. It is five times more in Europe and Latin America and four times more in China. At the same time, in some areas like sub-city Africa, people mostly eat starchy food. In such a situation, eating small amounts of chicken, dairy products and eggs can be beneficial for them. The report also states that the rich people of the world produce the largest part of environmental damage caused by food production. According to this report, 30 percent of the world&#8217;s richest 30 percent people produce more than 70 percent of the environmental damage caused by the food system. At the same time, 2.8 billion people cannot afford healthy food and 1 billion people are malnourished.  Apart from this, about 1 billion people are troubled by obesity. </p>

<p>The report also suggested that unhealthy food should be expensive and healthy food cheaper. At the same time, advertisement of unhealthy food should be controlled and warning labels should also be installed on it. Along with this, the subsidy of farming should be diverted to eat healthy and durable food. This will help people easily reach nutritious food. Oxprts say that adopting planetary health diet reduces the risk of heart problems, strokes, diabetes cancer and neurodynamic diseases. By adopting this diet, 15 million people can be stopped before time. Along with changing the diet, it is also necessary to reduce food waste, adopt green farming. </p>
