Donald Trump: US President Donald Trump has reacted sharply to the New York Times report in which questions were raised about the departure of a large number of legal officials from the Trump administration. Trump said that this is being presented as negative news, whereas in reality it is a good thing for his government. He claimed that many of the people who left the administration were linked to leftist ideology and the so-called ‘deep state’, while some officials were fired by his government.

Called the New York Times report misleading

Donald Trump said that the New York Times has published the news with the title ‘Major exodus of legal talent in the Trump administration’ and presented it as if it is a bad thing. According to Trump, the reality is completely different from this. He said that the people leaving the administration were ‘radical leftists, people associated with the deep state and elements who were harming the country and misusing the government.’

‘Many people did not go themselves, they were expelled’

Trump said in clear words that not all the people leaving the administration left voluntarily. He claimed that many of those officers had been removed from their posts by his government. Trump said that the New York Times is trying to portray this development as a serious crisis, whereas it is a positive change in line with his government’s policies.

Mentioned the ‘Make America Great Again’ agenda

The US President said that his government wants to work with people who support the agenda of ‘Make America Great Again’ (MAGA). He said that his team needs people who work to strengthen the country, not people who try to weaken America.

Obama and Biden administration also targeted

Trump alleged that many officials leaving the administration were appointed during the tenure of former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden. He said that in many cases such people should not have represented America from the beginning. According to Trump, his government is working to make the administration in line with its policy goals by removing such officials.

Best wishes to the departing officers

Trump criticized the officials leaving the administration, but also wished them well for their future. He said that those leaving should move towards ‘bigger, better and brighter opportunities’ in the future. Trump said that he fully supports her and wishes for her bright future.

US intelligence director Tulsi Gaburd has made a big disclosure about Russia’s alleged interference in the 2016 presidential election. He has made public some confidential documents, claiming that the entire story was coined by the Obama administration for political purpose to weaken the victory of Donald Trump.

Gabard said that the intelligence reports of the time clearly stated that Russia’s cyber activities were neither sufficient nor influential to influence the election results. Despite this, the then President Barack Obama, former CIA director John Brainon, former FBI chief James Komi and other officials deliberately spread fake information and conspired against Trump.

What was in documents?

Documents made public by Gabard revealed that the intelligence report prepared in December 2016 said that foreign forces made cyber attacks on the US election system, but they were not so effective that the election results could change. Despite this, a new report released in January 2017 claimed that Russia tried to benefit Trump.

Gabard has handed over all these documents to the Department of Justice so that Trump, his family and American public can get justice. He has demanded that there should be a criminal investigation against all the responsible officials of the Obama administration.

Gaburd has described it not just a political issue but an attack against the US democratic structure. He said, “This is a conspiracy against the Constitution and the soul of the country.
