After taking over the responsibility of Art and Culture Department in Bihar Government, Minister Pramod Chandravanshi has clearly indicated that now strict action will be taken against obscene and vulgar songs. He said that art and culture are a medium to connect the society and improve the minds of people, hence such songs cannot be promoted which have a negative impact on the society.

Minister Pramod Chandravanshi said that Bihar has always been a rich state in terms of art and culture. The folk traditions, music and cultural heritage here are recognized throughout the country. He said that the purpose of art is to connect people, enhance their personality and create positive thinking in the society.

He said, “Art and culture keep people’s mind healthy. It is not only a medium of entertainment but also works to give right direction to the society.”

There will be action on obscene songs

The minister clearly said that the government will take action against those who are polluting the society through obscene and lewd songs. He said that if someone sings a wrong or objectionable song, the department will work to stop him.

Pramod Chandravanshi said, “We will first correct those who spoil the society by playing vulgar songs. Art culture should not be such a medium which spoils anyone’s mind or creates objections in the society.”

Emphasis on saving cultural identity of Bihar

The minister said that his priority would be to strengthen the cultural identity of Bihar and promote good art. He said that the department will bring forward such programs and artists who give positive messages in the society.

He also said that art and culture are directly related to the mental state and thinking of the people. Art and culture is something that connects people. Enhances their mood. Personality develops. So, we will try to do very good work in this area.

After this statement of the Minister, it is believed that in the coming time, the government may take strict action regarding obscene and controversial songs in Bihar.
