Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education has released the result of class 12th. This year about 3.98 lakh students appeared in the examination and about 86 percent of them were successful. Students can check the result with the help of the steps mentioned here.

Students who appeared for the exam can now check their results online. The results were made available on the website from 3 pm onwards. Students can check their marks from their mobile or computer sitting at home. For this they do not need to go to any cyber café.

This year, the theory examinations were held between February 18 and March 28 at 1,364 centers in the state. Whereas practical examinations were conducted from January 2 to January 15. Students were waiting for the results ever since the exams were over. Now that wait is over.

Better results than last year

Giving information about the results, State School and Mass Education Minister Nityanand Gond said that a total of 4.01 lakh students had registered. Out of these, 3.98 lakh students appeared in the examination. Of these, 3.41 lakh students have passed. In this way the total pass percentage was 85.85, which is better than last year.

How was last year’s result?

If we talk about last year, the pass percentage in 2025 was 82.45. This time it has increased to 85.85. That means this time a clear improvement has been seen in the results. This is a matter of happiness for students, teachers and parents.

The result has also been good in terms of faculty. 84.50 percent students have passed in Arts stream, 88.80 percent in Science, 88.07 percent in Commerce and 77.62 percent students have passed in Vocational stream. The performance of science and commerce streams has been especially better.

Easy steps to check result

After visiting the website, click on the link ‘Annual CHSE Exam Result 2026’. After this fill the roll number, registration number and captcha code. As soon as you submit, your result will appear on the screen. If students want, they can download it and save it in their mobile or computer.

View results on DigiLocker

Students can also check their digital marksheet on DigiLocker. For this login to results.digilocker.gov.in. Go to Education section and select CHSE Odisha Marksheet link. As soon as the roll number is entered, the mark sheet will appear on the screen.
