Congress Attacks Modi Government: Diesel and Congress prices have increased for the third time in the last 10 days. Regarding this, Congress made a sharp attack on the Central Government on Saturday. Prices increased for the third time in 10 days

This reaction of Congress has come at a time when the prices of petrol and diesel were increased again in the major metros of the country on Saturday. This is the third time in less than 10 days that fuel prices have been increased amid ongoing instability in the global energy market. The price of petrol in Delhi has increased by 87 paise to Rs 99.51 per liter. Diesel became costlier by 91 paise and reached Rs 92.49 per litre.

Now inflation man Modi has also increased the prices of CNG. CNG has become costlier by Rs 4 in the last 9 days.

Highest increase in Kolkata

Petrol in Kolkata became costlier by 94 paise to Rs 110.64 per litre. Whereas diesel increased by 95 paise to Rs 97.02 per liter. The price of petrol in Mumbai increased by 90 paise, after which its rate became Rs 108.49 per liter. Diesel became costlier by 94 paise and reached Rs 95.02 per litre. In Chennai, petrol became costlier by 82 paise to Rs 105.31 per liter and diesel by 87 paise to Rs 96.98 per litre.

Prices had increased even before this

Earlier on Tuesday also the prices of petrol and diesel were increased. In Delhi, petrol increased from Rs 97.77 to Rs 98.64 per liter and diesel increased from Rs 90.67 to Rs 91.58 per liter. In Mumbai, petrol became costlier by 91 paise to Rs 107.59 per liter and diesel by 94 paise to Rs 94.08 per litre. In Chennai, petrol increased by 82 paise to Rs 104.49 and diesel by 86 paise to Rs 96.11 per litre. In Kolkata too, petrol increased by 96 paise to Rs 109.70 per liter and diesel increased by 94 paise to Rs 96.07 per liter.

Fuel becomes expensive in Jaipur too

During the last increase in Jaipur, petrol had become costlier by 94 paise and diesel by 92 paise per litre. After this, the price of petrol in Jaipur became Rs 108.91 per liter and the price of diesel became Rs 94.15 per liter. On May 15, the central government had increased the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 3 each per liter across the country.
