Oman is the country in the Middle East that has been least affected by the current Iran-US war. Oman’s population is about 5.5 million, of which 43 percent are foreigners. Indians are the largest among them, whose number is around 7 to 8 lakh. Indian people work here in engineering, IT, hospital, business, construction and service sectors. About 35 percent of Indians work as doctors, engineers and managers, while 25 to 30 percent do labor or technical work. Most of the area of ​​Oman is desert, so this country is dependent on other countries for food.
