CM Omar Abdullah’s reaction has come to light on Pakistan’s alleged meddling in the Iran war. He said that if Pakistan plays some role so that the war ends, then why should you and I have any objection to it. If Pakistan has good relations with Iran and Israel, if the Vice President of America is ready to go there and talk to these people, if the war will be stopped through their talks, then no one should have any objection to it.

Pakistan’s mediation issue raised in all-party meeting

It is noteworthy that the issue of Pakistan’s mediation also came up in the all-party meeting called by the government. The government said that we are not a ‘middleman country’ like Pakistan. Opposition parties say that a country like Pakistan is mediating and India is not involved in it.

What to say on LGP cylinder and petrol-diesel?

On LPG cylinder and petrol-diesel, CM Omar Abdullah said, “When there is any talk from the government, no one listens to it. But everyone believes the rumours. I took a review meeting recently. It was decided that at present there is no shortage of anything. Be it diesel, petrol or LGP. The situation has not changed within two-four days.”

The CM further said, “The Central Government has also taken stock of the situation. It has not given any instructions for reduction in usage anywhere. Therefore, I request all the people who are sitting in queues outside the petrol pump on the basis of rumors on social media, do not force us. Otherwise, I will close the petrol pump for a few days. Until these rumors stop. Because on the basis of rumors, you people are camping outside the petrol pump. If you persist then the situation will worsen.”
