Omar Abdullah’s party National Conference has released the list of candidates for three seats for the Rajya Sabha elections. Chaudhary Ramzan, Sajjad Kitchlu and Shami Oberoi will be the candidates. Talks are going on with Congress on the fourth seat. NC leader Nasir Aslam Wani claimed that all four seats would be won.
