The officials investigating the Red Fort car blast case in Delhi in Srinagar have made a big revelation about terrorist Umar Un-Nabi. Terrorist Umar Un-Nabi is the name of the same doctor who blew up a Hyundai i20 car filled with explosives outside the Red Fort. Officials investigating in Srinagar said that Umar un-Nabi was the biggest radical in the white collar terror network and strongly believed in suicide attacks.

This assessment by the authorities became stronger when a video of terrorist Omar surfaced from a damaged mobile phone. In the video, Umar was defending the suicide attacks and talking about martyrdom. The emergence of this video is an indication that he was probably trying to radicalize many other people as well.

What did Omar say about the suicide attack in English?

The video recovered by the officers from the damaged mobile phone is of one minute and 20 seconds, which was said to have been recorded in the month of April this year. In that video clip, terrorist Umar Un-Nabi was sitting alone in a room and describing the suicide attack in detail in English. Officials have recovered this video from a phone recovered from a water reservoir near his house in Coil area of ​​Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir.

Umar had handed over the mobile to his brother Zahoor Ilahi

A Delhi Police officer involved in the investigation of the terrorist attack said that during a trip in the month of September-October, Umar had given this mobile to his brother Zahoor Ilahi and during this time Umar had told Zahoor to destroy it (the mobile) if he ever heard any news about it.

When Zahoor Elahi was detained, he had given information about this mobile phone. After this, forensic experts were successful in extracting data from the phone despite it being badly damaged and suffering huge losses. Although no government agency has officially confirmed the recovery of this video and its authenticity has not been independently verified, people associated with the investigation informed that this video clip is now a part of the investigation in this case and the arrested white collar module members will be questioned about why this video was recorded.

Investigating agencies have got a big clue in the Delhi car blast case. According to the information, Jaish-e-Mohammed operative Abu Ukasa had completely radicalized Umar Un Nabi, the mastermind of this attack. In the year 2022, Umar went to Turkey, where he met Abu Ukasa and during this time he was prepared for a major attack in India.

According to the agencies, Jaish-e-Mohammed did not want the strings of this attack to be seen to be directly linked to Pakistan, hence the entire operation was being operated remotely from Turkey. Abu Ukasa constantly gave instructions to Umar and kept pushing him towards radical anti-India ideology.

‘There is no country like Pakistan’- Omar

Sources said that Umar was so radicalized that he used to say that no Muslim is good except the Muslims of Kashmir and that non-Muslims and Muslims of the entire country should be eliminated. Umar also used to say that there is no country like Pakistan. Everyone should go to Pakistan, Muslims are respected only in Pakistan in the whole world, hence apart from Pakistan, other countries are not good in the whole world.

Umar was in contact with Abu Ukasa

Mohammad Umar, who drove the Hyundai i20 car used in the Delhi car blast, was in direct contact with Jaish-e-Mohammed operative Abu Ukasa (code name) in Turkey’s capital Ankara. Ukasa was the handler of both Umar and Dr. Muzammil Shakeel and he was controlling the entire operation from outside. To avoid suspicion of the agencies, Dr. Muzammil confessed that he had traveled to Turkey in the year 2022 only to meet his handler Ukasa. At the same time, in Ankara itself, both Omar and Muzammil were influenced by fundamentalist ideology and were instigated to attack in India.

In the Delhi blast case, Aamir has been sent on 10-day police remand by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court. The court said that Aamir was involved in this conspiracy and his inquiry is necessary. During remand, the agency will collect all the information related to the blast from the accused and will investigate other aspects of the case.

NIA had arrested accused Aamir Rashid Ali in the case of car blast that took place on November 10 in Red Fort area of ​​Delhi. The accused alleges that he had conspired with alleged suicide bomber Omar Un Nabi to carry out the blast. Aamir is a resident of Samboora, Pampore in Jammu and Kashmir and the car in which the IED was blasted was registered in his name.

NIA found important evidence

NIA has caught Aamir by raiding in Delhi. Investigation revealed that Aamir had specifically come to Delhi to buy a car for the blast, which was later converted into a vehicle bomb (VBIED). Forensic investigation also confirmed that the deceased driving the car was Umar Un Nabi. Umar was a resident of Pulwama and was an assistant professor at Al-Falah University, Faridabad, Haryana.

What did Aamir’s family say?

Aamir’s family told that he works as a plumber and his brother Umar is an electrician. The family says that Aamir had never gone to Delhi, only the car was in his name. NIA has also seized another car of Omar and its thorough investigation is going on. So far, the agency has recorded the statements of 73 witnesses and the injured, and is also analyzing technical and digital evidence.

Security agencies have achieved great success in the investigation of the car bomb blast near the Red Fort in Delhi. Then they wanted to spread terror by firing with assault rifles after the blast. Investigation revealed that Umar Un Nabi and his associates had together purchased three cars for this mission. The third car was Maruti Brezza, the search for which is going on. Security agencies have issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert for other vehicles, as there is a possibility that explosives may have been hidden in them too.

Investigation revealed that the attackers were going to use a mixture of ammonium nitrate and RDX. They were planning a major attack on Ram temple in Ayodhya on 25 November. Meanwhile, DNA samples were taken from the body found in the I20 car after the explosion. On the instructions of Home Minister Amit Shah, the FSL team matched these samples with the DNA samples taken from Omar’s family. Jammu and Kashmir Security Establishment said that these DNA samples were sent to Delhi and after confirming the report, it was handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The next day after the blast, Amit Shah held several meetings with security officials. The meeting was attended by Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Intelligence Bureau chief Tapan Deka, Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha, NIA Director General Sadanand Vasant Date and Jammu and Kashmir DGP Nalin Prabhat (virtually). Amit Shah said that the agencies will find every person involved in this terrorist attack and will be given strict punishment.

Prime Minister and President took information

Prime Minister Narendra Modi called from Bhutan and took information about the incident from the Home Minister. President Draupadi Murmu, who was in Angola, also spoke to Shah on phone to know the status of the investigation. After this the Home Ministry decided to hand over the investigation of the case to NIA.

Clue related to Faridabad module

The link of this case has also been connected to the already active Faridabad module. Dr. Umar had escaped during the crackdown last week, only after which the Delhi blast took place. Now agencies are conducting raids in Delhi, Haryana, and Jammu and Kashmir in search of other members of his network.
