After the formation of the new government in Bihar, continuous steps are being taken towards improving law and order. After getting the responsibility of Home Minister, Samrat Chaudhary is seen in action mode. In this series, on Saturday (6 December), Bihar Police took a big initiative and launched the Citizen Service Portal at the Police Headquarters. This portal was inaugurated by Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary himself.

Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary said that the aim of the government is that people should get every necessary service related to police at their homes. Now citizens will not have to visit the police station for minor tasks like police verification, filing complaint or giving information about lost and found. He clearly said that now there will be no arbitrariness in the police stations, every process will be digital and transparent.

You will be able to get many services online

According to the information, through this new portal citizens will be able to avail many services online. Which includes facilities like police verification, filing e-complaint, reporting loss of documents or goods. Officials said that as soon as any complaint is registered on the portal, it will be immediately sent to the concerned police station. After preliminary investigation at the police station level, if the case is found to be true then FIR can also be filed online.

The complainant will be able to see the status of the application in real time.

The biggest feature of the portal is that the complainant will be able to see the status of his application in real time. This will save people’s time, energy and money. Besides, transparency and accountability in police functioning will also increase. On this occasion, Bihar DGP Vinay Kumar, ADG Kundan Krishnan and all the senior officers of the police headquarters were present. All the officers described this portal as a strong step towards digital policing.

Emperor engaged in strengthening the security system of Bihar

Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary is continuously busy in strengthening the security system of Bihar. He is continuously holding review meetings with the police department. On Friday 5th December also he had conducted a detailed review of Special Branch CID, STF and other security related departments. In the meeting he stressed on quick action, transparency and better coordination between departments.

The government says that in the coming time, more new facilities will be added to this portal, so that every citizen can avail all the police services without going to the police station. With the launch of the new portal, the problems of common people will be reduced and the police system in Bihar will become stronger and more modern than before.

The common citizens of the country can only reach the Chief Minister of the state or the Prime Minister of the country, but do you know that the common citizens can also send a complaint to the President of the country. Actually, you can tell the President of the country your problem through written or online medium. At the same time, being the highest constitutional post of India, the President has the right to order the concerned departments and ministries for action on the petitions and complaints of the citizens.

However, many people still do not know what is the way to send a complaint to the President. Let me tell you, this process is not only offline but is also available online. In such a situation, let us tell you today how you can send a complaint to the President.

How can you send a complaint to the President

You can use direct email id us.petitions@rb.nic.in to send your complaint to the President. Apart from this, online petitions can also be sent to presidentofindia@rb.nic.in. Apart from email, citizens can complain directly to the President directly to the President, for this they have to register at http://helpline.rb.nic.in. After registering the complaint, its situation can also be seen on the website itself.

How to complain to the President

If a citizen wants to send an online complaint to the President, then there are many options for him. Common citizens of the country can also send a complaint letter to the President by post. To send a complaint letter by post, citizens can send a complaint by post to President’s Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi-110004 Gate No. 38, Church Road by post to this address. Also, citizens can personally submit their complaint to the Central Registry section of the President’s Secretariat.

How does president secretariat settle complaints

The President’s Secretariat receives complaints from the general public and on the basis of all their information, sends them to the concerned ministry or state government of the Central Government. After the complaint is filed, the citizen is given its receipt and it is also told that the matter has been sent to which department or ministry. Apart from this, the status of complaints sent to the President to the common citizen is also given through mail or website. The headquarters of the President’s Secretariat is located in Rashtrapati Bhavan New Delhi. From here not only the official work of the President is done, but action is also taken on the complaint and petition of the citizens. Complaints going to the President’s Secretariat are settled in a scheduled time, although there is no strict time limit for this.

The Prime Minister of the Central Government Ayushman Bharat Yojana provides free treatment up to 5 lakhs annually to the poor and needy families. Under this scheme, more than 41 crore Ayushman cards have been made so far and about 31,466 hospitals across the country are included in this panel. There are also about 14,194 private hospitals among them.

Despite this, many times complaints come up that hospitals involved in the scheme refuse to give treatment to the card holders. Regarding this, the government’s rules also clearly say that if the hospital involved in the panel has treatment for the related disease, then it cannot refuse. If someone does this, then the hospital can be processed, it can be removed from the panel. In such cases, the card holders also have many options to file a complaint.

Complaint online

If the hospital refuses treatment, then online complaint can be filed first. For this, you have to go to the official portal https://cgrms.pmjay.gov.in/grms/loginnew.htm and click on Register Your Grievance. After this, the scheme has to be selected by entering the captcha code and you can submit the complaint by filling the information sought. When a complaint is filed, a grives ID is available which needs to be preserved.

You can also call on toll free number

National toll free number 14555 can be issued to complain. Apart from this, different states have also given their helpline numbers.

Helpline number of Uttar Pradesh- 180018004444

Helpline number-18002332085 of Madhya Pradesh

Helpline number-104 of Bihar

Helpline number of Uttarakhand- 155368 or 18001805368

You can also complain with Umang app

Another easy way to file a complaint is Umang app. In the app, go to the section of Ayushman Bharat and choose Grievance Redressal and after that you can file a complaint by filling your information there. While complaining, it is necessary to note Ayushman card photo, hospital slip or refusal proof like audio or video and complaint date and time. Along with this, the status should also be kept checking continuously with the grives ID mixed.
