A shocking case of racial discrimination has come to light from Canada. A young man not only made racial remarks on an elderly Sikh but also attacked him. Canadian police, considering the incident motivated by hatred, have arrested the attacker and started investigating the matter.

This incident happened on 22nd April. According to the police, the old man was going on the roadside in Ontario (Woodstock). During that time a young man came near him and pushed him. Woodstock police said in a statement that the young man has been charged with multiple charges. According to the police, the youth targeted the victim on the basis of his racial identity, made comments and also used abusive language. However, the victim was not injured.

The statement said that after the attack, the youth jumped over the fence of Turtle Island School and entered the premises and then ran away from there.
