Talking about this case, Sameer Wankhede said, “I or other officers are engaged in the service of the nation. You cannot insult them. If you want to make fun of yourself, do it with your family, but you cannot make fun of those who sacrifice for the nation. If you do this, then who will fight for the nation, then which child will come into the police? All those who crack UPSC and come here, have Satyamev in their hearts.” Jayate settles down. Because of this he was also trolled on social media. The next hearing of this case will now be held on October 30.

Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Netflix, X Corp (formerly Twitter), Google LLC, Meta Platforms, RPG Lifestyle Media Pvt Ltd and John Doe have been made defendants in this lawsuit.
