Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir: Pakistan’s Army Chief General Asim Munir attended the first annual annual conference of overseas Pakistanis held in Islamabad from 3 to 16 April 2025. In this conference, his style was not of any commander but of a staunch religious preacher. In the April 16 speech, he made statements on matters like India, Hinduism, two-nation theory, Kashmir and Gaza, which were not only disputed, but also divisive and hate.

General Munir said that we are different from Hindus in every possible aspect of life. This statement is the same old interpretation of Mohammad Ali Jinnah’s two-nation theory, in which religion was described as the foundation of nation building. General Munir further said that our religion, customs, traditions, thinking and ambitions are different, so our ancestors laid the foundation of Pakistan.

Overseas appeal to Pakistanis
Aseem Munir’s speech looked more like an economic begging than an emotional appeal to Overseas Pakistanis. He said during the program that you are showing love from your country, by sending money, investing. Don’t forget that you are associated with a superior ideology
