The agreement has been reached on the basis of the 38 point charter introduced by Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JKJAAC).

The protests that started after the talks broke after the talks between the officials and the committee on September 29 took a violent form, which so far killed at least 10 people (including three policemen) and hundreds of people were injured.

During this time public transport came to a standstill, daily life was interrupted and the situation worsened due to communication blackout.

Shahbaz Sharif sent a high level team

To bring the situation under control, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday sent a high -level delegation to Muzaffarabad.

There is tension between India and Pakistan after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. The military is on alert mode of both countries and conditions like war on the border remain. Meanwhile, the demand for war against Pakistan in India is intensifying and millions of people are demanding to withdraw Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). Actually, there has been a demand for withdrawal of PoK in India for a long time. In such a situation, people say that this is the right time to withdraw PoK.

However, it is surprising that it is not a part of Pakistan even after Pakistan occupied Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). From the National Assembly of Pakistan to the government there also does not officially interfere in PoK. In such a situation, let us know whose government runs in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and who is the Prime Minister there?

PoK is quite different from Pakistan

After the independence of the country, when Pakistan broke away from India, in 1947, he attacked Kashmir and took POK in its possession. Since then Pakistan calls it its share. However, India never considered it a part of Pakistan. Pakistan is an illegal occupation of Pakistan occupied Kashmir, but Pakistan has allegedly given it autonomy. Paoke is not a part of Pakistan technically in the Constitution of Pakistan. Actually, the Constitution of Pakistan mentions Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, but it does not include Pakistan occupied Kashmir. Not only this, there is no representation in the National Assembly of Pakistan.

A separate government runs

Pakistan -occupied Kashmir is spread over 13000 kilometers and has more than 40 lakh population. Allegedly, the region has been allowed to operate the internal system by Pakistan and the political structure here is also completely different. Pakistan occupied Kashmir has a separate Prime Minister, President to his assembly. Not only this, its own police and judicial system of Pakistan occupied Kashmir is also completely different, for which there are institutions like Supreme Court and High Court. Currently, there is a government of Prime Minister Chaudhary Anwar-ul-Haq in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

Pakistan is accused of interfering

Even though Pakistan refers to alleged autonomy to Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, but the government of Pakistan has always been accused that the government of Pakistan decides who will become PM in PoK. The government of Pakistan ensures that their own supporter leaders take part in the elections here, so that Pakistan will control it.

Also read: Pakistani army weapons were over in the last war in the last war, then kneel such
