Neutral venue chosen with the consent of Pakistan

If Pakistan does not withdraw its decision, then ICC can impose a penalty of about 38 million dollars. Apart from this, a ban may also be imposed on Pakistan. If this happens then the bankruptcy of PCB is certain.
