The Foreign Ministry has issued a statement regarding the agreement between Pakistan, Iran and America. It was told that the talks had stopped after the digital signing of the MOU. Now talks will be held between the two countries in Switzerland on Sunday. Islamabad and Qatar will also be present in this conversation. This conversation was to take place on Friday. However, it was postponed due to the ongoing tension between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Issuing a statement, the Ministry of External Affairs said that technical level talks will be held in Bergenstock, Switzerland. In this, along with the delegations of America and Iran, Pakistan and Qatar will also participate in the mediation.

America’s Vice President J.D. Vance said Saturday that peace talks with Iran were underway and that negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were already in Switzerland. He also said that he was planning to attend it in the next few days.

At the same time, the Foreign Ministry of Switzerland has said that worldwide efforts are going on for the peace agreement between America and Iran. According to CNN, the Foreign Ministry has said that diplomats from many countries are trying to maintain talks between Washington and Tehran. The ministry has said that it has offered the Bergenstock Resort located above Lake Lucerne to take forward the digitally signed memorandum of agreement between the two countries. This is a confidential and trusted place.

At the same time, Iran’s Foreign Ministry has said on this whole incident that the Iranian delegation will go to Switzerland. Will demand to follow the terms of the MoU with America digitally. Before the talks, US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and US President Trump’s son-in-law Jerez Kushner have reached Switzerland. Qatar’s PM and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani is also present in Switzerland.

During the meeting of Pakistan Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in the US capital Washington, a question caught everyone’s attention. A Pakistani journalist suddenly asked whether Pakistan was ready to recognize Israel. Although Dar and Rubio did not respond at that time, Pakistan later clarified its stand and said that there has been no change in its policy on the Palestine issue.

What did the reporter ask?
During the meeting held in Washington on Friday, journalist Faisal Ali Shah of ‘The Pakistan Daily’ asked loudly, “Will Pakistan recognize Israel?” This question was asked at a time when US President Donald Trump has appealed to many Arab and Muslim countries to normalize relations with Israel. However, neither Ishaq Dar nor Marco Rubio gave any answer to this question during the meeting.

What did Ishaq Dar say later?
Talking to journalists after the meeting, Ishaq Dar said that Pakistan remains firm on its old stand on the issue of Palestine and Gaza. He said Islamabad will not consider any change in its policy towards Israel until concrete progress is made towards the establishment of a Palestinian state. Dar reiterated that Pakistan believes that the Palestine problem should be resolved on the basis of two-nation principle.

What are the relations between Pakistan and Israel?
To this day, Pakistan does not recognize Israel as a nation and there are no formal diplomatic relations between the two countries. Pakistan has long supported the Palestinian cause and considers the establishment of a Palestinian state as a necessary condition for establishing relations with Israel.

What appeal did Trump make to Muslim countries?
US President Donald Trump said on Monday that he has urged Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan to collectively join the Abraham Accords and establish diplomatic relations with Israel. This initiative is said to be part of a broader effort to reduce tensions related to Iran and increase regional stability. Pakistan has rejected this suggestion, while there is no public reaction from other countries yet.

What are the Abraham Accords?
The Abraham Accord was initiated with the mediation of America during Trump’s first term. Its objective was to normalize relations between Israel and Arab countries. Under this, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco established diplomatic, economic and security relations with Israel. Sudan also joined the process, but has not yet established full diplomatic relations.

Pakistan’s mediation efforts
In recent months, Pakistan has presented itself as a potential mediator to reduce rising tensions in West Asia. However, Army Chief Asim Munir has been seen playing the most prominent role in Pakistan’s initiatives on issues related to Iran. At present, Pakistan’s official stance on the question of recognition of Israel remains unchanged and the government has made it clear that there is no possibility of any change in this direction before the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has criticized former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as immature in politics, in which PPP leader (Bilawal) said that Pakistan has no objection to handing over the persons who came under investigation to India.

According to a report by ‘Don’ newspaper, Sheikh Wakas Akram, spokesperson of ‘PTI’, a party -led party ‘PTI’, reacted to Bilawal’s remarks on Saturday (July 05, 2025), in a statement that PPP leader Bilawal is immature in politics.

Bilawat said this

Bilawal had said on Friday (July 04, 2025) that his country had no objection to handing over the ‘persons under investigation’ to India as a measure to restore confidence, provided New Delhi shows the desire to cooperate in this process.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) president Bilawal had said, “Terrorism is one of the issues we discuss and I am sure that Pakistan will not oppose any of these things as a comprehensive dialogue.”

Masood gave a statement about Azhar’s issue

Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) chief Hafiz Saeed and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM) (JEM) chief Masood Azhar made this comment, answering a question about handing over to India under a possible agreement and a goodwill stance.

According to the National Terrorism Authority, both Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed have been banned by Pakistan, while the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack chief conspirator Hafiz Saeed is currently serving a 33-year sentence for financing terrorism. Similarly, Azhar, declared a global terrorist by the United Nations, has also been banned by the authority.

Pakistan humiliated on international forums

Akram said that Bilawal’s proposal is wrong and is not good for Pakistan’s national security and such statements humiliate the country on international forums. He said, ‘We are unable to understand why Bilawal is so eager to please India.’

Political maturity and lack of foresight in Bilawat

Akram said that the former Foreign Minister is repeatedly proving that he lacks political maturity and foresight. Bilawal has become a symbol of confusion and contradiction in Pakistan’s foreign policy. The PPP was founded by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on the heritage of Kashmir, but today Bilawal is cheating that heritage to gain political benefits at the cost of Kashmiri blood.

Bilawal bhutto on pakistan terrorism: Former Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that his country has no objection to extradite India as a measure to restore confidence. Provided that New Delhi shows the desire to cooperate in this process. According to the news of ‘Don newspaper’, Pakistan People’s Party President Bilawal made this comment in an interview with Al Jazeera on Friday. The news said that Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) chief Hafiz Saeed and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM) (JEM) (JEM) chief Masood Azhar made this comment, responding to the question about extraditing India under a possible agreement and extradition to India under a goodwill stance.

Extradition may be part of the conversation
Bilawal said, ‘As part of a comprehensive dialogue with Pakistan. Where terrorism is one of the issues we discuss. I am sure Pakistan will not oppose any of these things. According to the National Terrorism Authority, both Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed have been banned by Pakistan. While the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, Hafiz Saeed, the main conspirator of the Mumbai terror attack, is currently serving a 33 -year sentence for the financing of terrorism. Similarly, Azhar, who was declared a global terrorist by the United Nations, has also been banned by NCTA.

Demand for evidence and cooperation from India
Bilawal said that cases against these ‘persons’ were related to Pakistan. Such as financing terrorist activities. Although. He said that it was difficult for terrorism to be prosecuted for across the border because the basic things were not ‘complied’ by Delhi.

He said, ‘India is refusing to follow some basic things which is required for conviction. This is important … to present evidence in these courts. People come to testify from India. Whatever counter -allegations will be tolerated. Bilawal said, ‘If India is ready to cooperate in this process. So I am sure that there will be no obstruction in extradite any ‘person under investigation’.

Concern and location revealed on India’s attitude
He also expressed concern over India’s resolve to catch terrorists and termed it as ‘new abnormal’. He said, ‘It does not fulfill the interests of Pakistan. And it also does not fulfill the interests of India. When asked about the locations of Saeed and Azhar, Bilawal said that Saeed is in jail. Whereas Islamabad believes that Azhar is in Afghanistan.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said on Wednesday (June 4, 2025) that there is very little possibility of starting military conflict between New Delhi and Islamabad. However, he also said that Pakistan will give a befitting reply in any such situation (military conflict).

Ishaq Dar made this comment in response to a question at a press conference here. This press conference was organized to express the media to the media Shahbaz Sharif’s recent visit to Turki, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan and after the Pahalgam attack, to express the leadership of the countries concerned for cooperating in the struggle with India."Text-Align: justify;"> When asked about the possibility of fresh struggle with India, Ishaq Dar said that he cannot guess the future, but the possibility of any such situation is very less. Ishaq Dar said, ‘The struggle-disorder remains intact and both sides have implemented all the steps related to the return of the soldiers. So, in my opinion (there is no fear of fresh struggle). However, he also said, ‘If India resorts to military struggle, then we will give a befitting reply to it.’

Ishaq Dar said that Pakistan is ready for talks with India, but is not desperate for it. He said that Pakistan wants a holistic talk, which includes other issues including Indus Water Treaty (IWT) along with terrorism. Ishaq Dar claimed that IWT cannot be postponed.

After the terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India took other steps including postponing the Indus Water Treaty. The Indus Water Treaty was signed in 1960 to resolve the water dispute between India and Pakistan and share the water of six main rivers of the Indus Basin.

Ishaq Dar Pahalgam Repeat a fair investigation into the attack, which led to a recent military struggle between Pakistan and India. He claimed that Pakistan’s military action was appreciated and its diplomatic efforts were also praised internationally. The minister also appreciated the role played by America, Britain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran and other countries in restoring peace during the struggle.

Ishaq Dar told that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will travel to Saudi Arabia in the next 24 hours to thank Saudi leadership for playing a positive role during tension with India. Referring to Shahbaz Sharif’s recent visit to four countries, Ishaq Dar said that the Pak PM traveled to these countries for expressing gratitude for the solidarity expressed by Turki, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan during the conflict with India."Text-Align: justify;"> Ishaq Dar also praised diplomatic efforts made under the leadership of former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He said, “These efforts received international praise due to his clarity.”
