Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has given a surprising statement. Trump said that Iran is sending 20 oil tankers to America. According to him, these tankers will start passing through Hormuz from Monday (30 March 2026) morning. Even before this, Trump had claimed that Iran had given 10 big oil tankers. While talking to journalists in Air Force One, he said that this step has been taken to show respect.

Trump also said that talks with Iran are going on through Pakistan and these talks are moving in the right direction. According to him, America is in a strong position in this conversation. Although he also admitted that the agreement has not been finalized yet, but he is hopeful that a deal can be reached soon.

Meanwhile, Trump showed a tough stance and also gave a statement regarding Kharg Island. He said that America is considering the option of taking possession of this island. This is the same place from where about 90 percent of Iran’s oil is exported. Trump made it clear that if such a step is taken, the US military will have to remain present there for a long time. There was a strong reaction from Iran on this statement. Iran’s Brigadier General Ibrahim Zolfaghari said that if American soldiers come there, they will have to face serious consequences.

According to reports, America has also carried out an airstrike on Kharg Island on March 13, in which several military bases were targeted. It is being said that America has a plan ready to completely damage or capture this island, which can have a big impact on Iran’s economy.

Trump also claimed that Iran has accepted most of the 15 conditions put forward to end the war. According to him, both direct and indirect talks are going on between the two countries.
