Pakistan has once again raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and made baseless allegations against India. This statement has come at a time when a day earlier the representative of India had strongly reprimanded Pakistan on the issue of terrorism. In response to this, Pakistan repeated its old tune regarding Kashmir from the UNSC platform.

Called Kashmir a ‘disputed area’
During the open debate organized at UNSC on the topic ‘Leadership for Peace’, Counselor and Political Coordinator in Pakistan Mission, Gul Qaiser Sarwani said that Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory. He claimed that this stance is not only of Pakistan but also of the United Nations.

‘Kashmir was not a part of India and will never be’
Sarwani said in his statement that Kashmir has never been a part of India and will never be. He also alleged that India itself had raised the issue in the United Nations and had promised the people of Kashmir to decide their future through a referendum, which did not materialize even after decades.

India accused of militarization and human rights violations
The Pakistani envoy said that India is maintaining heavy military deployment in Jammu and Kashmir, suppressing fundamental rights and suppressing the voices of dissent. He also alleged that India was taking steps to change the demography of the region, which is a violation of international laws.

Counterattack on India on the issue of terrorism
Responding to India’s allegations regarding terrorism, Sarwani said that India is trying to divert attention by making baseless allegations. He claimed that India itself has been involved in cross-border terrorism, alleged government violence and targeted killings abroad.

India claims to support terrorist organizations
Pakistan’s envoy alleged that India has supported Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and other groups which have carried out attacks in Pakistan. He said that the actions taken by India against Pakistan are a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.

Objection also expressed on Indus Water Treaty
Sarwani criticized India’s stand on the Indus Water Treaty. He said that there is no provision for unilateral suspension or change in this treaty and it is wrong to make water a political weapon. Citing the decision of the Court of Arbitration in 2025, he talked about maintaining the validity of the treaty. At the end of his statement, the Pakistani envoy also raised questions on the status of democracy in India. He alleged a decline in civil liberties, repression of dissent and alleged atrocities against minorities.

A big and shocking statement has come out from Pakistan regarding the car blast that took place outside the Red Fort of Delhi on November 10. Former ‘Prime Minister’ of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) Chaudhary Anwar-ul-Haq has claimed that Pakistan had a direct role in this blast. 15 people were killed and more than a dozen people were injured in this explosion.

Speaking in the PoK assembly, Anwar-ul-Haq said that if India spreads violence in Balochistan, Pakistan will respond from the Red Fort of Delhi to the forests of Kashmir. He said that ‘by the grace of Allah we have done this and our brave people have done it.’

Pakistan government’s response?
The Pakistan government has not yet given any official statement on this claim of Anwar-ul-Haq. However, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that the possibility of ‘full-scale war’ with India cannot be ruled out. On the other hand, amid increasing tension, Pakistan also said that its army is on ‘full alert’.

India said- Balochistan issue is an excuse
Pakistan has long been accusing India of spreading instability in Balochistan. India has always rejected these allegations and said that Pakistan uses such claims to divert attention from terrorist activities taking place on its own soil.

There are strings attached to Jaish-e-Mohammed
Investigation by Indian intelligence agencies has revealed that the car that exploded near the Red Fort was part of a plan prepared by a network directly linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed. The Hyundai i20 car was filled with ammonium nitrate based explosives and the entire conspiracy was orchestrated by members of Pakistan-backed terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. The investigation also revealed that the attack was planned by a 10-member group, ‘Terror Doctor Cell’.

This cell was being run by Maulvi Irfan Ahmed of Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, who is said to have direct links with Jaish. Irfan had associated with himself many doctors from Al-Falah Medical College in Faridabad, Haryana and suicide bomber Dr. Omar Mohammad was also from the same college. Investigating officers said that all other members of this cell have been arrested.

Pakistan’s biggest weakness came to light in Operation Sindoor launched by India in May 2025. Its satellite surveillance network could not work in intense war-like situations. Pakistan Army could not get timely and clear satellite images to understand the ground situation. For this reason, many important moments of the war were missed by Pakistan. This weakness forced Pakistan to rapidly strengthen its space surveillance system.

Cooperation with China, Turkey and Europe
After revealing the weaknesses, Pakistan launched three new satellites in a few months. At the same time, it started trying to strengthen its surveillance capacity by increasing cooperation with China, Turkey, America and European companies.

January 2025: Two big satellites launched in three days
First Satellite -PAUSAT-1

Pakistan launched PAUSAT-1 from SpaceX’s Falcon-9 rocket. According to the report published in The Sunday Guardian, this 10U nano-satellite has been developed by Pakistan’s Air University in collaboration with Turkey’s Istanbul Technical University. It is equipped with high-resolution cameras and special sensors, which provide clearer data of land, crops and buildings. Pakistan is also getting indirect access to European technology through partnership with Turkey.

Second satellite- PRSC-EOL
On January 17, Pakistan launched a new Earth observation satellite named PRSC-EOL from China’s Jiuquan station. Although it is said to be ‘Made in Pakistan’, the design, technology and launch is done with the help of China. It is used in monitoring agriculture, cities and environment, but its military use is also clearly visible.

HS-1 was sent in October 2024
HS-1 is Pakistan’s first hyperspectral satellite, which was launched by China. It is capable of detecting hidden military bases, understanding airbase activities and detecting changes in infrastructure.

Why did Pakistan fail during Operation Sindoor?
During Operation Sindoor, Pakistan’s main military satellite PRSS-1 could capture clear images of Indian airbases – Pathankot, Udhampur and Adampur only once. After this, due to weather and orbit problems, no useful images were obtained for several hours. During this period, India made many changes, which Pakistan could not catch in time. An old satellite named PakTES-1A had already stopped functioning.

Ground system also weak, no backup
Pakistan has only two ground stations – Karachi and Islamabad. Karachi station remained closed for 18 hours during the floods of 2022, due to which the necessary photographs were delayed. The plan for a backup station in West Pakistan is still incomplete.

European pictures are available, but no control
Pakistan can order photos from Airbus and European companies, but cannot retask them immediately. European images were delayed by 36–48 hours during the Iran–Pakistan tensions in 2024. At the same time, China’s PRSS-1 can send fresh photos in about 4-6 hours. For this reason, China’s role still remains most important for Pakistan.

Preparation to launch SAR satellite by 2026–27
Pakistan now wants to build a SAR satellite that can take pictures even in clouds and at night. This technology gives real military surveillance capability to a country.

In the 90s, Pakistan had given birth to many terrorist organizations in the name of Jihad in Afghanistan and Kashmir, some were based in Punjab province of Pakistan and some were based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Later, there was a competition among the terrorists nurtured by ISI to form their own terrorist organization. As the 2000s approached, on one hand, anti-India terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Hizbul Mujahideen and Al Badr became stronger in Pakistan.

The top commanders emerging from these terrorist organizations have formed a new anti-Pakistan terrorist organization of their own. Which was named Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). After a long time, many factions of TTP terrorist organization were also formed like Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP), Jaish-e-Furqan Pakistan. These people are targeting Pakistan Army almost every day and this year alone more than 70 Pakistani soldiers have died in IMP attacks.

Offer to attack Pakistani Army

There has been a new twist in the new episode of the terrorist organization, last Thursday, the terrorist organization Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) has written a letter to Jaish-e-Mohammed leader Maulana Masood Azhar and offered to attack the Pakistani Army together. Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) top commander and Wazir Mullah Nobahar al-Muhajir, in a letter written under the name Dawat-e-Jihad, told global terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar that it is impossible to be in Kashmir until Nizam-e-Mustafa is implemented in Pakistan. Chief of Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan

Hafiz Gul Bahadur, the chief of the Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) terrorist organization, spent his early days training in Masood Azhar’s training camp in Bannu, which was opened by the ISI in the 1980s. After returning from Afghanistan, Hafiz Gul Bahadur had joined terrorist Masood Azhar. Dutta used to recruit terrorists for Jaish-e-Mohammed in Khel and Miran Shah to attack India. Apna also used to run his own madrasa, where after getting the terrorists trained, he used to send 60 percent of the terrorists to Afghanistan and 40 percent of the terrorists to Kashmir to fight for Jaish-e-Mohammed and Al Badr. Both terrorist organizations claim to be influenced by Deobandi ideology. Even now, every year Jaish-e-Mohammed trains more than 50 terrorists and gives them to Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) in exchange for money.

When was the TTP terrorist organization born?

When the terrorist organization named Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was born after the Lal Masjid incident, a major faction of it was Tehreek-e-Taliban Punjab. It was run by terrorist Asmatullah Muwaiya, the top commander of Jaish’s Mohammad at that time. Used to attack Pakistani army in Punjab province, but in 2014, after the intervention of terrorist Masood Azhar, terrorist Asmatullah Muwaiya dissolved Tehreek-e-Taliban Punjab. Had returned again to Jaish-e-Mohammed. Presently Asmatullah Muwaiya is a member of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Shura. Residing in Punjab province, he operates Jaish’s camp located in Barali village of Kotli district of PoK. There is also a representative of Jaish-e-Mohammed for talks with like-minded organizations like TTP and Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP).

Supply of terrorists to terrorist organization in exchange of money

Ittihad ul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) supplies terrorists to the terrorist organization in exchange for money. In this situation, if Jaish-e-Mohammad or Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen accepts Pakistan’s offer and enters the field or sends its terrorists to fight the Pakistani Army in its own name, then a big headache will arise for Pakistan. In this way, history will turn towards the same cycle due to which in 2011, the then Secretary of State of America Hillary Clinton had taken a dig at Pakistan’s policy of harboring terrorists. He had said that you cannot keep snakes in your courtyard and expect that they will bite only your neighbours, as soon as they get the chance, they will also pounce on those who have them.

India once again surrounded Pakistan on the international stage. In the 60th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) held in Geneva, India reprimanded Pakistan on the matters of Jammu and Kashmir and terrorism. Indian diplomatic horizon Tyagi criticized Pakistan and said that first of all it should vacate illegal occupied areas.

After the Pakistani diplomat made a inflammatory statement against India in the session, Kshitij Tyagi made a sharp remarks on Pakistan in the case of human rights violations and promoting terrorism. Pahalgam terror attack took place on 22 April
