26 innocent people lost their lives in the horrific terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. There was anger over this attack all over the country and the government had indicated immediate action. Now, within four months, India gave an accurate and strategic reply to that attack on Monday (July 28, 2025), a special operation Operation Mahadev. In this operation, three terrorists, including the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack, were killed.

The entire timeline of Operation Mahadev

Security agencies were monitoring the activities of the terrorists for the last few days. At 2 pm, the terrorists used the T82 ultrasat communication device, which is a very safe and encrypted system. With the help of information received from this device, the security forces got the exact location of the terrorists in the forests of Dachigam.

• At 8 am, a drone was flown to get the first view of the terrorists. Then at 9:30 in the morning, the army counter-engineers ‘Rashtriya Rifles’ (RR) posted in Jammu and Kashmir reached the Mahadev hill of the Para Special Forces.
• At 10 am, Para Commandos first saw the terrorists directly and confirmed them. The terrorists were identified in just 30 minutes, which cleared the way to pursue the operation.
• At 11 am, as soon as the identity of the terrorists was completed, the security forces started firing and the three terrorists were shot in the first round.
• At 11:45 am, one of them started trying to escape, but he was also killed on the spot.
• Exactly 45 minutes later, i.e. at 12:30 pm, a search operation was conducted in a radius of 2 km around the encounter site to confirm the presence of any other terrorist or danger.
• At 12:45 pm, the three killed terrorists were identified and their photographs were taken.

Abdul Aziz, the top terrorist of Lashkar -e -Taiba, who was handling the funding network of terrorist organization Lashkar -e -Taiba through an organization named Khidmat A Khalak, died tragically after a long illness in a hospital in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Lashkar -e -Taiba terrorist Abdul Aziz was the special of Lashkar’s deputy Amir Saifullah Kasuri. Its job was to collect money for terrorist funding, for which Lashkar -e -Taiba made it head in Bahawalpur of an organization named Khidmat A Khalak. With this, Lashkar used to collect donations in Pakistan in the name of terrorism and help of people.

In fact, since the formation of terrorist organization Lashkar -e -Taiba, this entire terrorist organization keeps collecting donations for terrorist funding with the help of some organization. By the year 2020, Lashkar -e -Taiba gathered in Pakistan under the name of Chanda ‘Falah -e -Humanity’ and funded terrorism against India. After this, after India’s efforts, Falah -e -humanity was banned as connected with Lashkar -e -Taiba. In such a situation, ISI asked Lashkar to create a new institution to get out of the gray list of FATF, after which Lashkar -e -Taiba formed an institution named Khidmat A Khalak and got it registered and its chief Abdul Aziz was made in Bahawalpur.

Lashkar -e -Taiba’s funding network
It may seem to hear that Abdul Aziz was the prominent of a city of the fund collecting funds for Lashkar, but Lashkar -e -Taiba’s Khidmat A Khalak collects the most from Bahwalpur after Lahore. According to sources, Lashkar -e -Taiba’s funding network runs in 3 phases today. The first by collecting direct donations from people in the name of Gaza. Secondly, by collecting donations in the name of spreading panic in Kashmir and during the Bakrid, the skins of the animal are earned by selling people in donations and selling it to the companies working as a leather. Along with this, Lashkar -e -Taiba does not directly take these three types of Chands directly from the people or in the name of Jamaat Ud Dawa, but these three types of donations are taken in the name of Khidmat A Khalak. All its money is shown in its account itself. Later, this money is used to build up from weapons used for terrorism to new terrorism camps and Markaz Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Every year 20 crore Pakistani money donations
According to sources, Lashkar -e -Taiba used to get a donation of more than 20 crore Pakistani rupees every year from Bahawalpur alone, which Abdul Aziz used to take up the responsibility of gathering. How important it was for Abdul Aziz Lashkar -e -Taiba can be gauged from the fact that Lashkar -e -Taiba’s global terrorist Hafiz Abdur Rauf was with him in his last days. Terrorist Abdur Rauf Falah was the head of humanity, who used to collect funds for Lashkar -e -Taiba before Khidmat A Khalak.

Lashkar -e -Taiba’s second generation terrorist
Abdul Aziz Lashkar is a second generation terrorist of Taiba, who was one of the special people of terrorist Saifullah Kasuri in place of Hafiz Saeed. Now the big question is, why did not the international ban on Khidmat e Khalak even after 4 years? Like Falah e was engaged in humanity. In fact, Falah -e -humanity used to handle all such terrorists on paper, who were already terrorists declared by India and America. In such a situation, after the establishment of Khidmat A Khalak, its command was given to such terrorists who could not only collect funding for terrorism, but were away from the eyes of other international security agencies including India, hence people like Abdul Aziz were commanded by the organization to collect funding for terrorism.

It found training from the headquarters of Lashkar -e -Taiba at Murid, but was given the command of Markaz Al Aksa of Lashkar in Bahawalpur before giving him a weapon or planning for the attack, where he had to break the text of Jihad by reading the text of Jihad.
