All political parties have intensified their preparations for the upcoming panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh. On Tuesday, Anupriya Patel, the national president of Apna Dal and minister in the central government held a meeting with the party officials and discussed the upcoming strategy of the party. He asked the party officials to emphasize the expansion of the organization.

Anupriya Patel said during this meeting that the party has reached here due to the hard work of the workers. In view of the election, we have to work more hard. The policies and ideology of the party have to be taken from village to village. The villagers should be told what works have been done by the party by putting pressure on the government.

Instructions to prepare report at the ground level

The party’s national vice president and minister in the UP government Ashish Patel has also instructed the party in-charge to go to their allotted areas on October 2 and prepare the report there. After which a review meeting will be held. In which all the facts will be churned.

Talking to reporters during this time, Anupriya Patel claimed that the central and state governments have worked seriously on the issues raised by her party. He welcomed the decision of reservation in outsourcing by the Yogi government and said that our party was constantly raising this issue.

Apna Dal also raised the issue of caste census vigorously and the central government has approved this demand on it. Now our demand is that the Backward Class Ministry should be formed, it is expected that soon the central government will also pay attention to it.

The BJP has won a big victory before the panchayat elections in Assam. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced on Friday (April 18, 2025) that the BJP -led NDA alliance has got 325 seats in the panchayat elections.
