Patanjali Revenue: Patanjali Foods has created a new record by performing brilliantly in the financial year 2025-26. The company’s annual operating revenue has crossed the Rs 40,000 crore mark for the first time. The company has achieved this feat on the back of strong sales, especially growth in edible oil and FMCG business. The company has also declared a second interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per share for the financial year 2025-26. With this, the total dividend for the entire year has become Rs 3.50 per share.

Revenue increased by more than 17%

The operating revenue of Patanjali Foods in the March 2026 quarter was Rs 11,155.60 crore, which is 17.28 percent more than the same quarter last year. The company’s net profit (PAT) during the quarter stood at Rs 524.02 crore. This shows a strong growth of 46.16 percent on an annual basis. Whereas EBITDA stood at Rs 501.96 crore. The company says that the business has benefited due to strong demand in both rural and urban markets.

Record of Rs 40,169 crore

The total operating revenue of Patanjali Foods for the entire financial year 2025-26 stood at Rs 40,169.58 crore. This is the largest annual revenue so far in the history of the company. Whereas the EBITDA for the entire year was recorded at Rs 1,931.52 crore. The contribution of FMCG business to the company’s total revenue was 27.60 percent and to EBITDA was 61.13 percent. It is clear from this that the increasing demand for food products and consumer products is becoming a big support for the company.

Edible oil business becomes support

Edible oil business proved to be the biggest growth engine for Patanjali Foods. This business generated revenue of Rs 8,324.11 crore in the March quarter, which is 23.28 percent more on an annual basis. The revenue of edible oil business in the entire financial year was Rs 29,313.54 crore. According to the company, strong performance was seen in this segment due to increase in sales volume. The contribution of branded edible oils was about 75 percent of the total sales.

FMCG business also showed strength

The company earned revenue of Rs 2,890.46 crore from FMCG business in the March quarter. This figure reached Rs 11,188.24 crore in the entire year. An impressive growth of 35.42 percent was recorded in the Home and Personal Care category. An increase of 57.66 percent was seen in the skin care segment. The company’s popular milk biscuit brand is also performing well. Its annual sales have crossed Rs 1,300 crore.

Oil palm project also booming

Patanjali Foods is also working rapidly on oil palm cultivation. By March 2026, the company’s oil palm cultivation area has increased to 1,10,722 hectares. This is 23.65 percent more than last year. The company is expanding this project in 12 states and is focusing on increasing domestic edible oil production in future.

Company CEO Sanjeev Asthana said that demand remained strong due to good crop in rural areas and government schemes. At the same time, demand for premium products has increased in urban markets. He said that the strong performance in the edible oil business is the result of the company’s strategy and better implementation.
