Research process and scientific evidence

In this research, about 88 rats were exposed to microplastic particles. After this he was given Bronchom medicine. To find out what effect it had on their respiratory system, a machine called Flexivent System was used, which is capable of measuring the efficiency of the respiratory system.

During the research, it was found that Bronchom restored the lung function of rats in a dose dependent manner. This means that the higher the dose of Bronchom given, the greater the improvement seen.

To understand the inflammation of the respiratory system, fluid was collected from the lungs of rats and examined using a technique called BALF (Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid). It was found that due to microplastics the levels of immune cells like leukocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes had increased. Not only this, the levels of genes related to inflammation like IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha also decreased with the consumption of Bronchom.

Clear difference even in histopathology

Lung tissue examination (histopathology) also showed that the airways damaged by microplastics returned to the same condition as before the use of Bronchom. Improvement was also seen in parameters like elasticity of lungs, pressure applied while exhaling air and speed of air flow. Bronchom also showed positive results and dose dependent effects in experiments conducted on THP-1 cells (human based cell line).

For this, by doing research on T24 cells of cancer, A549 cells of lung cancer and MDA-MB 231 cells of breast cancer, it was found that consumption of Cardiogrit Gold does not eliminate its effectiveness of doxorubicin, only its side effects are eliminated.

After this, the effects of Cardiogrit on C. elegans were investigated. C. elegans has a heart-like organ called pharyngs, which beats like the heart, and its electrical activities can also be measured. This process of C. elegans is called pharyngeal action potential. In research on these organisms, it was found that consumption of doxorubicin increased their mortality rate and decreased reproductive capacity.

For this study, first the drug Doxorubicin, which is red in colour, was injected into these transparent organisms, due to which red colored spots appeared in these organisms, then after giving Cardiogrit Gold, these spots reduced, which confirmed the effectiveness of this Ayurvedic medicine. After this, this research was also verified through chemical research.

Reduction in oxidative stress, proven heart protection

Subsequently, to once again verify that Cardio Grit Gold is effective on these organisms, the calcium level in these organisms was measured. Since this medicine was prepared from different ashes, it was natural for the calcium level to be high in it. Which confirmed that calcium levels are increasing in these organisms in a dose-dependent manner.

After this, the oxidative stress caused by doxorubicin in the heart was also measured on the basis of heat shock protein and CardioGrit Gold proved its effectiveness once again by reducing this stress depending on the dose. The basal ganglia contain a black colored tissue called substantia nigra. When neurons or brain cells start dying in this area, Parkinson’s disease begins.

Neurons use neurotransmitters to send signals to each other. One such neurotransmitter is dopamine, whose deficiency affects the connectivity of neurons. Due to this, neurons are not able to send signals properly to other body cells. As a result, physical movements are affected. The amount of dopamine in the brain and death of cells of the substantia nigra are the main factors of this disease.

When the level of this dopamine decreases by 70-80 percent in the brain, then along with it some structural changes are also seen in the nerve cells, which are called “Lew bodies”, inside which a protein called “synuclein” is deposited. It acts as a biomarker for this neuro-degenerative disease, meaning if it starts accumulating in one place, it can lead to the onset of Parkinson’s disease. Due to the death of nerve cells, along with Parkinson’s disease, various types of mental diseases like stress, anxiety, depression etc. also start occurring.

What causes this disease?

After this, when Neurogrit Gold was given to these creatures, these creatures again started repeating their natural behavior and moving towards the attractants, which was a successful response.

Neurogrit shows better results than allopathic drug L-dopa

In another research, alpha-synuclein, which is the main factor in Parkinson’s disease, was implanted in these organisms with green dye, so that this disease could be detected, after that Neurogrit and Al-dopa were given to these organisms for comparative study with allopathic medicine L-dopa, which resulted in the result that Neurogrit is more effective than Al-dopa and it showed better effect on these organisms. For another research, C. elegans were given their food i.e. bacteria with red stain, due to which it was found that the appetite of these organisms was lost. After that these were mixed with green stain. For comparative study, allopathic medicine L-Dopa and herbal medicine Neurogrit were given on these organisms, as a result Neurogrit gave better results than L-Dopa, which was an effective research.

After that, in another research, sodium arsenic was given to increase the oxidative stress in the neurons, as a result of which the neurons started dying, then when the age-old medicine Neurogrit was given, C. elegans started recovering again. Subsequently, after testing Neurogrit in terms of gene expression, it was concluded that this drug also controls 3 major genes PINK – 1, PDR – 1, and CAT – 1.

Melanin is formed at the junction of the upper layer of the skin, the epidermis, and the middle layer, the dermis. Keratinocytes and melanocytes are normally found in the epidermis. Melanocytes are cells that contain melanosomes that produce melanin. This melanin spreads throughout the body through keratinocyte cells which protect our body from ultraviolet rays of the sun.

In common parlance, vitiligo and leucoderma are considered to be the same disease, but leucoderma is a disease caused by an accident whereas vitiligo is a type of auto immune disease. In leucoderma, some kind of injury to the skin is necessary, on the other hand, vitiligo can be caused by hormonal imbalance, allergy caused by deodorant, perfume or any chemical substance, repeated jaundice or typhoid, any more sensitive event, or by the use of anti-biotic medicines for a long time.

At times, the immune system itself starts destroying melanocytes unknowingly. The treatment of both is almost the same because pigmentation and immunity enhancing medicines are given in both, hence it becomes even more difficult to tell the difference.

The treatment given in modern medical systems is mostly in the form of steroids or to increase the immunity. These medicines also have a lot of side effects on the body. Many times due to this, skin cells start dying, or more hair starts growing on the skin, sometimes the complexion of the skin gets fine but it gets wrinkled and sometimes there is a burning sensation when exposed to sunlight.

Ayurvedic research in increasing cells and melanin production

To authenticate the herbs of this medicine made on the basis of ancient texts of Ayurveda, first of all, through high performance liquid chromatography technique, it was seen which are the signature phytometabolites which are directly helpful in curing melanin and their standardization was done.
